I enter the store at 9:47pm, as soon as I enter an employee yells "closing in 10 minutes". I search the isles for a product while 4 employees are gathered at the front registers talking. Not 1 employee on the floor. I then hear another employee yell "5 minutes until the last transaction ". It is myself and 1 other customer in the store. I proceed to the front and ask if someone can assist me with finding a certain product....I am "pointed " in a direction. I go back and still cannot locate the item. I ask again for assistance and a girl comes back to tell me they are out. I make my way to the front to check out and ask if anyone is working the floor....I am told " we have a staff shortage". This is funny......you have 4 employees at the front, 2 customers in the store...and your staff uses a "staff shortage" as an excuse for poor customer service. You may want to educate your staff that a staff shortage occurs when your customers outnumber your employees. After a rude encounter with your staff i leave my 10+ bottles of liquor in the cart and exit, I will gladly spend my $300 elsewhere. Your employees clearly mispronounced "LAZY" with "staff shortage" Do better, there is NO excuse for poor customer service.
I would describe myself as a "tequila connoisseur," and let me start out by saying their selection is beyond great. They have a good variety of brands and ages. Jax has been without a doubt my go to spirits store for whatever my night/party requires. The best part about this place are the prices. Where one package store is charging me $50 more for a hard to get bottle, jax sells it for the original market value. I highly recommend coming here for all your needs. Staff is also very friend and helpful. Here are a couple of pictures of what i have bought and am going to buy soon. Hope this helps.
The white dude with the huge ears was not very subtle the way he followed me AAW African American Woman around the store. I filled my cart with what I wanted to purchase. I guess he thought I was going to stash something it in my Michael Kors bag load it into my Audi and drive off with it. Or maybe he had the hots for me… Go figure!
Hands down this is the best store in the area. Great selection and good prices. Always bought our booze from Costco where we lived before and Buford Costco doesn't have the liquor store. Even if they did this store would match or beat them in pricing. Great job fellas.
Indeed, a beer paradise! An incredible selection of local craft and foreign beers. This must be the best bottle and can shop for miles.
