The service was fine and food was made fresh and timely. The hoagies and wraps we had tasted good. The fries, onion rings, and wings were also tasty. The steak sandwich was, however quite a disappointment. Being from Philadelphia myself I'm always hopeful when a business promises "authentic Philly cheesesteaks". the steak sandwich was a stale, possibly toasted, hoagie roll with cool cheese slices on which was placed sparse steak um meat. The meat was dry and looked like it had been torn by hand into 1 inch pieces. Bleh. I could not bring myself to eat it and wrapped it up to bring home to my 11-year old son who will eat anything. The same steak tasted fine when covered in chipotle sauce and wrapped with rice.
