Jazzercise is a 60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun and effective workout. The in-class soundtrack includes a wide variety of today's best music to keep you motivated and distract you from the burn. There is no dance experience necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class, you can expect a warm-up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment using weights or resistance equipment, and a stretch to get you out the door. Everything you need for class is provided, but feel free to bring your own weights if you have some, and always come with supportive workout shoes and water.
