I have Jazzercised for over 20 years because the program stays up to date with current fitness research, plus it is a lot of fun! The classes are a great social outlet as well as physical. Dancing keeps your mind sharp, improves balance, and increases flexibility. Jazzercise on the lakeshore is available in 6 locations with many different instructors who are are expertly trained and must recertify each year. I highly recommend this business.
