We went later in the day and was pleasantly surprised that it was not crowded. The person that helped us was great… very patient and led me in the right direction with size. We did try on the recommended sizes and they were spot on. I wish I found out her name but she has shorter grey hair. Thank you for making my time there pleasant and hope to have more experiences like this in the future.
Extremely rude, no timelines given. Ordered kids uniform 3 1/2 weeks ago when I called asking when it would be ready they said two weeks additional to the 3 1/2 weeks. Their response we can cancel the order if you would like.
I placed an order yesterday for masks. I can tell you how pleased I was to receive a call this morning from Andrew letting me know my order was ready. We made arrangements for me to pick up the order at the Woburn location. When I arrived at the location I called and spoke with Donna . She met me outside with the order. I received great customer service. Each staff member was professional, courteous and helpful. Receiving this order so timely I consider a blessing. Thank you
The worst checkout experience. The young staff are amazing!! The manager/supervisor, a Latina woman is extremely rude! They don’t take AMEX and complained about a small line that formed as I limped to my car to retrieve another card. No patience, and snide commentary as I asked for an added savings A “military discount” not so, what’s the point of a discount that does not get honored or honor your service. I wish I could’ve spent my $500 in uniforms somewhere else. If you don’t like customers, don’t work customer service! My second rude encounter at this store.
The entire system is insane. I was there for 2 hours. Waited in line to be helped approx 45 min and then in line to check out another 45. I got there right at opening and was the 4th person in line. There’s only one check out and the computer is super slow. Actually trying on and picking uniforms took like a few minutes. The store got very crowded and I felt very worried about covid exposure. I was honestly shocked how inefficient and negative the whole experience was.
Worst customer service! I placed an order at the W. Roxbury location beginning of July and decided to check the status of my order mid August. I placed several calls no answer, emailed a few times no reply, so I decided to visit the store with my receipt in Woburn. The manager handed me un-embroidered uniform tops to take to the W. Roxbury location to have embroidered. I went to the other location and asked to speak to a manager or get an email, and I got a very rude unprofessional gentleman tell me to email the same email that I never got an answer from. Very unprofessional, and they didn't even apologize for not giving me an update on my order OR the fact that I had to transport the shirts to have them embroidered myself.
Young girl at counter I found to be extremely unprofessional. My daughter needed to try on different sizes which seemed to annoy this young woman. At one point I caught her rolling her eyes at my daughter. I told her that I saw what she did, at first she said she didn't do it but in her next breath said she has a "tic" that makes her roll her eyes. I told her that she can not behave that way when dealing with people. Very sad that someone so young can behave so miserably . She definitely needs more training in how to interact with customers. I was at your store on 7/16/2021 at 3pm .
Would not recommend. Very slow overpriced service. Andrew Alperin has a bad attitude and no patience who just rolls his eyes when orders are delayed and could not care less. Not a good way to run a business. Order should be free.
I wish I could buy my girl's uniform somewhere else, this place is terrible, I've been trying to reach out to them for 3 weeks but their phone system won't transfer to a live person, it's insane. I bought my girl's uniform online and I haven't received it yet, it's been 4 weeks already and they don't reply to my e-mails either.
The store people are nice, but the in-store protocol is very inefficient. You have to wait in line for an associate to give you uniforms to try, which causes very long delays. I spent about 45min in that line. It would be better if there were a few example uniforms, just for size, that people can grab themselves to try.
