JBM Elite is not your average local gym. Our training studio is only used by JBM trainees. This ensures that you will get the maximum training effect by working out with appropriate work and rest times, instead of waiting 5-10 minutes for someone to stop using the equipment you need.

We have the experience of a corporate gym but the attention of a small town gym. This means we will not assign you a one-size-fits-all program. Instead, we will work with you one-on-one.
