Where we differ from other electrical companies is that we do not use temporary labor to meet our demands, we keep a core group of employees that are with us full time and as such, we have come to know what we can expect from them. We will not take on a project that we do not feel we can not complete on time. We will be honest and up front, if we feel that it is beyond what we can complete within the allotted project time we will recommend that you get someone else.
Another aspect that is different with us is that you are as likely to see the owner of the company in the field working right along side the other employees in order to get the work completed. We blur the line between administrative staff and field employees, we feel that it is important for total interaction between owners, project manager's, estimators, and the technicians in the field. And as such when necessary you will see everyone working hand in hand to complete tasks that would normally take our competitors a great deal more employees and time.
