I went here for a relaxing time on a Saturday and this nail spa was exactly what I was looking for. The employees were friendly and I was provided with quality service. Their nail repair service is top-notch with little to no pain at all during the process and my nails look so much cleaner and flawless. They also applied the color evenly on my nails and I'm so happy with the result!Services: Nail repair
I paid $45 for a hot stone pedicure. The tech who did my pedicure acted really bothered that I was there. It was by far the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had, also. I was able to walk in, but from walk in to check out was maybe 30 minutes at most. One of my toes is cut at the nail bed, and I barely even noticed that she used the hot stones. If you’re looking for a relaxing, enjoyable pedicure experience, look elsewhere.Service: Pedicure
JC nails is always polite, professional and timely. Their quality of work is always top tier. I got my nails done in Denver and was in the Springs by the time I needed a fill and they did such an amazing job for $15 less than the other place I go to. They cleaned up my cuticles which the other place did not bother doing and they corrected and shaped my nails beautifully. The other place I went to had applied my right pinky nail on totally crooked. JC Nails fixed it effortlessly. Hands down, I cannot recommend JC Nails enough. I wish I would have gotten the name of my nail tech and my before pic.
I went to get my nails file shorter with Mary was not friendly at all I was asking question on how much would a nail polish change be she said $20 but I decide not to get it done due to her bad customer service I was at the salon for 5 - 10 mins she only had to file a little on my nails and charge me $15. I don’t get why ??? If the nail polish is only $20 I should have just had done that I will never come to this salon again it was a mistake so disappointed. Also by the way Jane the manager was also rude when I told her everything how I was feeling
My friend and I met at Northfield for lunch and decided to get Mani/Pedi's after. We arrived just in time to be able to get in immediately, other people had to come back because they did not have enough staff working. We both chose the $45 classic pedi. The chairs and the massage worked on both chairs. The massage was painful for me, and my heels and balls of feet are still dry and need exfoliating. The mani is done in a recliner with a tray on our laps, we really enjoyed that over sitting hunched over a table. She got gel nails and I got dip. Her total was $87 and mine was $107 before tax. Looking at the photos of our nails, you can see that the quality of the work was done poorly. Her cuticles look scratched up, and her mani was done by the owner. We enjoyed how quiet the space was and how relaxing it felt, but not sure we'll be back due to the quality of the services. The cost and quality do not match.
It was good I got in right away and let you know what she was doing it was pretty short I mean they think they should have took a little longer but other than that it was good

Got a mani pedi, and it wasn't bad. The only downside was that the side of my nails weren't painted on all my nails, and she cut my nails too short when I asked for them to be barely trimmed. The rest of the experience was great. The massages were good and the experience was great. Very comfortable seats, clean place, and friendly. However, if you want your eyebrows done, I would not recommend them. They did my husbands, and they looked like nothing was done when he asked them to clean them and shape them. He also said they were very rough.
Wow. Just had the fastest pedicure of my life. I waited longer than the 10 minutes it took from start to finish that I paid $45 for. I do need to add that I didn’t get polish but I’m left extremely unsatisfied with poor pedicure service. I’m all for a quickie but this is unacceptable from a business. Had I known it would be 10 minutes I would of taken my business elsewhere! Never again! Go somewhere else where you get more than 10 minutes and get what you actually pay for. This place is a joke.
I got my pedicure service done here and they did a very nice job getting the service done gently and precisely.
