Great petite and clearance section is nicely done and very neat according to size.
Can you believe my Girlfriend was inside this store and she got followed around by the security with a K9 dog inside the woman part of the store. The store employee saying that he works for them yet he was following around the only black person in the store!!!! She literally broke down now crying just because of how afraid she was of becoming another George Floyed incident!! I wish someone could just remove people like this from the world. People like this need to get fired!!!
Came to get great child birthday outfit. Great selection and was asked if I had a JCP CC I said last time I had one was when it was cardboard with a metal clip lol... Than I wS given another with a 35% off the purchase now and on any other items I may get today..
Ordered curtains in store and went to pick them up a week later. Apparently the order was cancelled and I was not informed. Manager couldn't figure out what happened and seemed completely unconcerned. Just don't shop or order from them.
Stopped in to check for infant clothes. Very good selection to choose from at sale prices, which always helps as well. Friendly staff at the check outs makes your shopping experience more enjoyable. Well arranged childrens section to guide you from infants to young children. My wife found some very nice clothes at very reasonable prices. The staff at check were very helpful and friendly.
They have went downhill, so much, don't offer as much as they used to, coupons and rewards are a joke, I closed my credit card w them

I absolutely LOOVEEE that JCP carry’s plus sizes for little girls. I didn’t know where I was going to go for clothes since Children’s place cuts off after 14. Now JCP will be my one stop shop for my girls! Thank you JCP
