I like JCP but this one in Ardmore need a huge update,starting with the dress rooms,these need more light, better decoration,the home department need to be bigger to display their beautiful merchandise,the beauty salon have to be update too as well the bathrooms. Is a great spot but need to work on the store and the employees need to be happier and work on the customer service,in the past this store have great ladies that instructed you on the sales and discounts or suggest you about the newest things. The men department need to be more inviting to the young people and have to have better suits,shoes of any kind. There are still a huge group of people that prefer go to the stores. Of course the mall facilities need a huge renovation and more good stores.

No wonder they've filed bankruptcy one after another...no selection of current clothing on racks and employees do not care if you shop there or not. A lot of women standing around just waiting behind a cash register! What happened to assistance with the fitting rooms?? Asking if you need help finding something?? That's a thing of the past!! Why ask if you're gonna get paid to just stand around anyway!! LAZY employees just about sums it up.
Like the store alittle high on prices like alot of stores u gotta use their store card tto get extra discounts its not rigjt for the little guy to bad they make you use a reward card to save
We went today and were disappointed. I viewed JCPenny as the store you can get a little better made items than Walmart. They stopped carrying the nicer pants I wear at work. I looked around at the other items and wasn't impressed. Mabey I am getting old....
Staff is always excellent and the store is always clean and like every jc Penny's I've been in they only have men's Arizona jeans in skinny jeans so don't even bother looking for straight cut or athletic cut or even boot cut. You can dream about it but they don't not have it. Iv been watching for months and nothing but skinny jeans.
It was okay they have a lot of clothes and stuff. Not a very big shoe selection. They usually have good deals on pants. I don't buy pants that often but when I do it's usually a good deal. They have pretty neat t-shirts not a huge selection but still.
DO NOT BUY JEWLERY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY JEWELERY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I SPENT ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS HERE ON GOLD. TOOK IT TO MY LOCAL JEWLERY STORE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS THE WORST FAKE HE HAD EVER SEEN, FAILED ALL THE TEST FOR GOLD. I CONTACTED THE STORES "ASSISTANT MANAGER" HER NAME IS PAIGE. WHO APPARENTLY HANDLES THESE SITUATIONS BUT IS NO HELP AND GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND SAYING SHE IS WAITING ON OPIONS. I DONT NEED A OPION I NEED A REFUND DUE TO FRAUD. I WILL OPEN A FRAUD CASE WITH THE ARDMORE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND BETTER BUSINESS BEURO IF NOT REFUNDED SOON... UPDATE FINALLY GOT A REFUND BUT NO THANKS TO THIS LOCATION OR PAIGE. I WAS TOLD BY HER THAT I WAS LYING AND SWITCHED THE CHAINS OUT WITH FAKE ONES BECAUSE THIS HAS NEVER HAPPEND BEFORE! BUT MINE STILL HAD THE ORIGINAL TAGS I BOUGHT IT WITH. AND HAS NOT HAPPEND BEFORE? I GO TO THEIR WEBSITE TO ONE OF THE EXACT CHAINS I BOUGHT AND BEHOLD! REVIEWS ON THE EXACT PRODUCT CLAIMING THE SAME THING! I ALSO WARN YOU GUYS THEY HAVE BEEN SUED ON A FEDERAL LEVEL NUMEROUS TIMES! I WILL ADD SOME PICTURES TO HOPEFULLY HELP SOMEONE ELSE FROM THIS JOKE OF AN AMERICAN COMPANY.
