I got 2 shirts with the promotion that said "buy one get one free". However, the cashier told us that there was no promotion and that we had to pay both. Basically, the discounts, sales are just papers decorating the store.

Bought a ring there. It’s been in the repair shop more than it’s been on my wife’s finger. Jewelers there are very rude. Don’t even let you finish talking and they want to talk over you. Never have answers for me or my wife on what’s going on with her ring. Never will I ever make that mistake in buying jewelry there.

My cashier was very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Theresa. I found good deals on work clothes.

Times have changed, so this store isn’t what it use to be. This particular store is clean, but doesn’t have much of a selection as the nearby JCPs. It’s usually a bit uncomfortable in there because it’s warm in there when shopping. It’s not always easy to find someone to help with any questions.

Good deals but it need a major update. It’s a very dual setting.

I placed an online order and when I went to the Harlingen JCPenney store they had lost the order and the associate and the manager had no clue what happen to the package plus made me wait an hour then they place again the order to be delivered to that store with a gift card and they decide to keep my gift card I go to pick up the order and they loose the gift card horrible experience with JCPenney never again shopping with this company.

Got a great coupon. Unfortunately the items we were looking for were a bit hard to find.

Can't say enough about the lady Roxy who helped us to look for jean sizes dedicated and professional and had a lot of patience.

I was surprised to come back to JCpenney after a long time. You could tell they're definitely under a new business plan, now they look like they're back in business. Everything is beautifully displayed and big sales all over the store. 5 star store!

Fancy clean store  I like to buy clothes and  shoes    I always finding a good deals
