My wife love to shop here for herself and the rest of the family because we find everything we need for dressing, accessories , jewellery, makeup and home goods. $10 off $25 coupon always help us to be within our budget. Besides coupons the store has big sales events throughout the year. Plus they have Rewards program which always bring $$ to our account. The entire staff is very polite and courteous. Store is always clean and well organized. Toilets are always clean and stocked.
Meh. Clean store, looks nice. But it was hard to find anyone who worked there. They wouldn’t open the doors to the mall til 12, because it’s Sunday, I guess. The upstairs play area absolutely was trashed. Candy and chips trash everywhere. They did have a movie playing so we stayed for a few minutes. Prices are ridiculous for what they had. It was okay, just nothing special.
The absolute worst service you can imagine. Completely ruined my child’s bday picture. I had an Appt scheduled no one called to confirm. I didn’t think much of it because I called the day before to ask questions about the back drop colors. Not one time did that person look up my Appt.. so I go to my Appt at 4:30 no one is at the counter so I wait by 4:45 someone comes and tells me she cannot take my child pictures. She states she attempted to call me and my vm was full but she lied because no one called nor is my vm full. So I told told her I’m not wasting my money on balloons and items to turn back around. She then states I can take your pics but you would have to come back for viewing and purchase. I said ok if that’s all you can do.. so I changed my child out into her outfit.. I come out the dressing room and the employee was packing up to leave with ALL the lights off. I asked her again what abt our pictures” she said she can’t do them. I went off and she then say I have to messages my manager. “Liz” ok so I assume the manager says go ahead and take them. By then she makes sure we felt uncomfortable, she didn’t engage with my child to even take the pics.. I just left..money wasted on so many items for these birthday pics. I’ve spoke with Trevor at a different store and attempted to speak with Liz no answer no call back. This is the worse location.
Love JC Penney. Always has great prices and merchandise! Even better sales! Life long customer! Great customer service too!
Bright. Welcoming. Stylish. These are all words I would use to describe the redesign of this Penney's location. What was once a drab, tired, dirty store us now seriously on-trend, with a fabulous coffee shop/cafe, a completely new layout, a concierge desk, helpful, friendly staff, and the best men's department I've seen at any store, ever. There are even little seating nooks to rest your tired feet and charge your phone! Even the merchandise on display appears to have been upgraded to quality pieces for reasonable prices, instead of the more "bargain bin" looks of yester-year. This Penney's is now my go-to spot for shopping, coffee, and I even plan to try their revamped salon! Do yourself a favor and pop in for some serious shopping time. My one small complaint is the restrooms. There are only 3 stalls in the only restroom in the store! This is going to cause serious issues during the holiday rush. Put in another restroom, please!
Keep shopping here when I can to keep them in business! Recently lost my hair stylist with a recent move and found myself being their walk-in hair salon services to get my roots done. And I ended up paying less than half of what I was paying at a stand-alone salon. Alexis did a nice job!
Covid needs to go away so we can have access to the fitting rooms. Other than that, this store is beautiful and very neat and organized. I didn't interact with any associates except in the bedding department and she was very pleasant. I didn't buy anything but did enjoy browsing.
I ordered Arizona polo shirts online. I called customer service since what I ordered and what I received wasn’t close to the size, color and it looked worn and full of pet hair. I didn't want to pay the return cost of $8 and was told by customer service that I can take it to a store to exchange for free. Melissa embarrassed me in-front of a line of people implying that I am trying to return used items! I explained that I’ve never received anything like this from JCPenny and that I do not appreciate her implying that I’m trying to return used items. She ended up calling customer service and continued her attitude of me trying to return something used. I will never be back at this store! I reported this to another manager - Heather and I hope she make the store manager Jay aware.
I'm very disappointed and dissatisfaction with JCPenny photo department. The lady had blonde hair with black roots ruined my grandchild's two year old pictures. She was very unprofessional.
