Love our JCPenny store. My only complaint is that it is always so hot in there in the summer. I cant seem to stay and enjoy shopping for very long due to the heat. Other than that they have some great deals.

I like the store, but if I'm doing holiday shopping, I can't carry the items. I need inspire shopping carts. There wasn't even someone to help me get all of the stuff to the car. Other than that, it's a good store

This JCPenney Store is Great! So Glad they are a clearance center now!!!! Wonderful place to shop and get your "Penney's Worth" And the Lady At the Front door Shayna was absolutely phenomenal Definitely one of my favorite stores in Pine Bluff..

Poor service. Rude workers. They act as if the store has already closed. Sad. What's worse is I wonder where they are applying their rudeness next. Learn customer service. It will take you far. If you want to be somebody and you want to go somewhere, you better wake up and pay attention.

Lines were long but it did not take long to check out...Great sales...my only complaint would be they don't wear name tags or uniforms so its hard to tell who works there.

They have changed to some kind of outlet store in the Pines. Great deals sometimes but feels crowded with merchandise and not many staff to help you now.

The entrance to the mall is always closed....you have to exit penny's and go around to the front of the mall and vise ,versa...#openthedoors if your in the mall you can't enter jc pennys....

I went in JCPenney's to try to find a birthday present for my husband try to find help could not find it had to do and find everything on my own it was like hunted in there no one's working besides check out this is in pine-bluff don't get me wrong I love JC Penney's but not here

the reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the way we were treated when we came 13 minutes before closing time to grab something quick

Staff should recognize and treat paying customers with respect, not all black people steal. The service was very degrading based on appearance.
