Love their clothes. I love their clearance price. Love their bath towels. Love their merchandise. The only problem I have is they carry practically nothing for baby boys or male toddlers. The selection is so small, and a little pricey for such a small selection. Girls have a wide variety though.

Sadly they are closing the store.   But everything is 50% off.  Diamonds and gold jewelry is 70% off!!  There is still a ton of stuff in the store, no where near picked over yet.  I got some great deals on great clothes!!!  I will be back before they are finally gone.

This is a well cared for location with plenty of department options, including a Sephora and a well stocked men's clothes section. However, the men's shoes Dept is lacking with only a handful of available styles spanning only one rack. This is likely due to a lack of demand, but was a frustrating experience for me. The associates were kind and helpful. So certainly deserves at least a 4.5

Used to love this store. Always has coupons and sales. However I recently went there and the sales women were very rude at checkout, tried to say my item was a different price because they looked it up online even though the sale sign was RIGHT in front of them and they would not honor my coupon stating it was only good for item prices before taxes, which was NEVER an issue before. I'm not going to shop there anymore.

My favorite store, grab awesome deals a lot. Employees are wonderful with the exception of a recent older lady who was not pleasant cashing me out. They carry the latest trends with competitive pricing and stock is abundant.

There is only 1 cash register open on each floor. Also, there is only one dressing room on the entire first floor. Often, there is a a line. On top of that, I once tried to purchase an item and they took 10 minutes to tell me they could not sell it, as it was missing the proper price tag. The workers often act as though they have no idea what they are doing. It’s sad to see how this store went downhill, it used to be one of my favorite stores.

Very helpful staff; great online coupon; lots of sales! Bathrooms were very clean and nice. I spent most of my money in that store as opposed to the rest of the mall!

Terrible!!! I paid 80 bucks for one photo. ONE photo in digital, not even an actual "in hand" photo. I was pressed for time and had no choice. I was told I was purchasing the one photo and I will receive it first in digital , and then Actual prints later. I never received the print in mail, I contacted them and upon finding my order she informed me that I did not purchase actual prints. Only digital, and I paid for the "copyright" of the photo and can do what I want with them. Geez, didn't know copyright was so expensive nowadays. Very disappointed.

I like JCPenney but I just about had it the other day with the minimal amount of registers there are! 2 registers on the entire 1st floor?? Shoes won't check you check you out if you don't have shoes. Upstairs in children's, I had someone take at least 5-6 minutes to help someone figure out if the card they MAY have left there, was there............with 3 people waiting at the register. Ugh!! The men's dept. had 2 people and 4 people waiting with 2 already at the registers and talk about slow! I don't think they knew how to run a register! There's no common sense in helping people. Are they pleasant, yes, but that doesn't cut it when you have to wait in line for a minimum 5 minutes for 2 items! Get some self checkouts JC Penney!!!

I went to JCPenney's hair salon over the weekend after been told by another another salon in the mall that they couldn't do the style perm I wanted. They were cery nice and professional. I love my hair I will definitely be making them my go to salon even though I have to drive 45 minutes to get there.
