I have always liked to shop at JCPenney's occasionally. Sometimes they have some excellent sales, but a lot of things are very overpriced. Disappointed in the section of evening dresses. Everything seemed all mixed up. Very hard to find a correct size. The lines are very long. You can't find an employee to help you with anything. I like that they have a different department for each of my family members.
Don't normally visit this store, but prices for men's formal wear have gone up quite a bit here. Used to be my go to for professional clothing. Did not find anything in my price range or sizes in stock. Ended up going to another store to purchase what I needed at half the price with more selection.
I had ordered a Mother's Day gift which was supposed to be ready for pick up on May 8th. Went to pick it up and was told it came in on the 7th but the load had not been sorted yet. Went back on the 12th and was basically told the same thing. I told them it was a Mother's Day gift and I was leaving the next day for California and needed the gift. A young woman named Callie actually took the time and went in the back and found my order for me. I can't express how much this meant to me. Callie saved the day. Thank you so much!!
When we asked if this was all the jackets they had, the unenthusiastic clerk said, "yes" but when we walked around we found lots of suit jackets. She didn't seem to care about helping us. Other ckerks were nonexistent. We did find what we were looking for finally.
Greatvstore but bring your own bags as they cost now in New mexico
So found a suit jacket I needed as I was going to a funeral, found it on the app and confirmed it was in the store and the price too. Get to the store they won't honor the app price and charged like 50 bucks more than the advertised price. Bait and switch? Any consumer lawyers out there? Got screen shots and video.
Love the Las Cruces location. The staff is always friendly n professional. Store is always clean and organized. I love the sales n special perks for card holders...
Not a lot of people which I thought was wonderful when you are shopping. Very nice store.
They have a good selection of home repair and hardware needs. But they need to streamline their veterans discount program. I'm a Vietnam era veteran with full documentation but since I don't have the particular document they require I can't get a discount.
I wish I could give them a zero I tried to exchange bottoms for a sweat suit that was a gift but I had receipt and they took my suit and wanted me to buy it all over
