Went to the jewelry counter twice once when I arrived. Waited ten mins . And left dis a few things in the mall came back . Waited 15 mins . No one showed . So I went to Kay. Jewelry. I'm not going to hunt the store . Looking for some one to help me . Sorry jc penny in Sandusky mall .
I have bought clothes from Penny's for years! I had picked up a few dress shirts, and the prices were crazy like Cray Cray but I needed them I was there let's go. I waited at checkout for what seemed like 10 - 15 minutes and no associate nowhere to be found! The two ladies also waiting with both arms full of clothes, must have got tied of waiting and just left, with the merchandise still in their arms! Right out the door into the mall. I have seen this on Fox news but never witnessed people walking out without paying for goods! No alarms, no security and no employees? Suffices to say I just left my shirts at the counter and left. It sure is a different day in America
Big clearance sections. Good sales most of the time. Kind of smells funny in the store.
Always liked Penny's! Bought quality, made in USA throw rugs there for years plus many other items. Miss local stores, surprised to see this one in Sandusky!
Only saw one set of checkouts open at the front by children's. Had to walk almost to the back to get what we needed and then backup front to checkout. I use a cane; my husband uses a walker. Not user friendly at all. Know why they keep closing them.

The Penny's in Sandusky was clean, and well stocked. I wish they would open the northern entrance and have more checkouts open too.
Everything is clean the people are so nice but the only complant is that the prices are too high
I found a few things to buy. Had some nice dresses and tops. However...big complaint here...the petite section is laughable. Come on management, there is next to nothing stock wise, and the styles are so matronly. Middle aged, petite women want to look nice, too. And if you buy Kohl's, that petite section isn't much better. Please step up your game for us shorties!
Had to return something and at first there was a VERY long line, but despite this, the store did a great job of getting help so that everyone could get checked out quickly with a minimal wait time!! Great job, Penny's!!!
