I love it because I have shopped here for decades BUT it is possibly the shabbiest JCP around. Customers are like pigs, taking clothes from rack and throwing them on floor. Not enough help to keep up. Large part of 1st floor is closed off. This store is a shadow of it's former self. Makes me sad to see it. Has improved a lot in the past year.
I just love JCPenny online or in store I find they have really nice jewlery I go crazy especially when there is a sale to be had lol don't judge me who don't like to save a buck. It's the holiday you really could clean up if your family or friends like earrings and necklaces
Very nice place , large options available. JCPenney is a great department store. I think there customer service is top notch. The store is very clean and so are the fitting rooms. I recommend this store to everyone.
Clean, neat men's section. Low stock, very few extra large dress shirts, not much variety. Prices were reasonable, especially with coupon. Customer Service staff was nice and efficient.
Extremely run down. Everything is barely holding on. They still have good selection of clothes but the building is rough to say the least. JCPenny is past its prime here.
If you are looking for clothes for your older loved ones, Alfred Dunner is a hit with my mom. Stylish for the older woman, so nice!!
Disappointed. Horrible attitude from the manager on duty today First off she made an announcement 15 minutes prior to closing at 7:45pm telling customers that they need to exit the store now if they plan on leaving through the front gate because she will lock it at 8pm. Okay fine no problem. At 7:58 while waiting in line they literally turn off ALL lights in the store. I understand turning some off but come on. There was only one register open for the whole upstairs and I was waiting in line to pay for 12 minutes which was no problem however; they close the gate to get back into the mall at 8pm and my transaction was not complete til 8:07pm and they had the nerve to tell all the customers in line we have to exit using the side door to the outside of the mall. That’s a huge safety concern! I’m not walking outside from Jcp all the way to Macys. She an attitude because she had to reopen the front gate. So rude!!!
Very unorganized and incorrect sale pricing on signs. Restrooms were downright gross!!! Fitting rooms were filthy. Cashier was nice but very over worked - long line and just her.
Really friendly and professional staff. Parveen is the person who helps us all the time. She knows what she is doing.
We purchased my wedding band here and I absolutely love it, plus we got a great deal. I have been back several more times to buy other items as well.
