I enjoy shopping close to home. Unfortunately it seems that corporate does not want to put any money in improvements. The flooring has needed to be upgraded for several years. I predict that this store will be closing in the next few years. What a shame for in town shoppers.
JCPenney is one of the main stores I frequent in my town. While they may have a limited supply of certain items, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making for an enjoyable shopping experience. The employees are always willing to assist customers and offer advice, which is greatly appreciated when searching for specific items. Additionally, the store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Despite the limited supply, JCPenney remains a go-to destination for me.
I ordered capris online they were ready to pick up after work the woman's clothing line has really improved!!
They don't carry a lot of brands that they use to and what the do still carry was very limited. It's been spars since after the 1st year of the pandemic and it feels like they haven't recovered yet. I hope they do because I had always liked jc penny's and found a lot of my work clothes and church clothes here along with every day casual and cute shoes.
The have great deals on clearance racks up to 70% off
Did not have knowledge of products. They did not have my account info when I had been to Penny's many times.
Well store was very dirty and no one was around to help when needed help too much stuff on the racks could not get anything off not very helpful
Stopped off at jcpenny to get a pair of levis got just the right size for the accasion and very satisfied...
Small store. Didn't find what I needed in the store, but I was able to order online at the store. That was great Staff was friendly and helpful .
Take the time to go through the clearance racks and you will find some deals. I looked through the dresses and found several cute casual styles. Some were marked down. And the staff there is super nice. Sephora is a hugh let down.... EMPTY SHELVES!!!! Thank you
