My favorite place to shop. I love the deals and friendly workers who treat you like family. They have wonderful dresses and suits for church ladies as well as casual clothes. There are always clearance racks to buy from. Nice quality costume and real jewelry. It’s very easy to apply for a JC Penny credit card to get more discounts and savings.
Helped us find dress clothes now for 2 of my tall and slender teen boys. Glad you carry clothes like this and offer help. It's a lifesaver.

This store has quite a bit more merchandise on hand than the Mankato store. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and availability of sizes. We were a little put off by the busy check out line, but it moved very quickly and efficiently! Much nicer than the past when you had to walk around the store searching for a manned checkout station.
I used to be a fan of this company when my children were younger. They had great sakes on children clothes and quality suites that my hubby often bought for work. They did the fitting in the store with custom tailoring. However, those daycare long gone. Only off the rack suites now, no fitting or even staff available in the men's department. As for the children ware, it's much more expensive then other stores. They do have sales if you want to play that game of waiting and watching. I recently made an online purchase, it's unavailable at the local store. They shipped then wrong size items. . My only option was to return. I went to the physical store to return, thinking maybe there would be something similar at the location. Sadly no. My biggest complaint it's how unaccessible the store now is for returns for handicap individuals. The return area is located in the home section- by the East entrance. That entrance is now closed. I drive to the next closest- South entrance. It too is now closed and ONLY an emergency fire exit. What?? These are the ONLY two entrance locations with handicapped parking nearby. My ONLY option is the main mall entrance or the NORTH entrance. The opposite end of the store for the return. It took me so long to get there. Managed to quickly get my return. When I questioned why there were no handicapped entrances- I was told they were closed as we need to monitor shoplifting more closely. That can only be done with the other two entrances. Again WHAT? I'm speechless. You removed access for hsndicap people because it's more convenient for store shoplifers and easier for JC Penny employees. I don't matter and neither do other handicapped persons. Wow. I received my refund and left- no additional shipping will be done. I will spend my money at a store that values me. Nope- will not be back and I hope with policies and procedures like this they will go out of business as this is NOT the type of store we need in Rochester. Handicapped access matters.
I was using cologne and then a big bulky gurthy boy or girl i dont know came up to me and asked me to leave for spraying cologne in the cologne section and she needs to calm down before i come and complain in her face w her mohawk
Very nice to go into a JCPenney and first time in this one and my mom wanted her jeans from there which she got and some cute shirts and I got us a couple nice zip up hoodies on clearance yay and tha sweet kind cashier lady was very helpful
I hate shopping but needed to get a shirt for my 10 year old. I was prepared for Kohls-style service it sucks and was pleasantly surprised by the efficient cashier service despite a queue to check out.
Mark -the boss is the best!! We won the $ 500 shopping spree!! We were able to get our Xmas shopping done...lots for the kids -boots,snow pants, pillows, coffee pot,lots of gifts. All things we wouldn't of been able to get. Our xmas will be the best ever!! I loved the store before but now it's our favorite place !!
Went to pay my bill and Roxie was very rude. Tried to push me to the side when I asked to speak to a supervisor and wait on a white lady, dismissing concerns. Another time a young lady asked for my ID when I picked up a order, but did not ask the white gentleman who picked up his order after me. They need to have diversity training
