Nice clothes and clean environment. Customer service could be better
Clean store, I don't know is just happening to me but one of the cashier ladies treat me like a punk, she was rude.
Some clothes are alright but some are really cheap. St. John's pants are a thinner material now compared to before Covid. The store doesn't have much of a variety but what can you expect for a small town.
Good store encounter one shady employe
Your typical department store with your typical department store merchandise. So stale. So little selection on top of it. What's the average customer age for these stores? Had a bunch of clearance, but one item more boring than the other.
Almost is like you walking into a store from the past being that not many of the older stores or grocery store around JCPenney is pretty nice I actually went into it for nostalgia purposes to relive some memories I have with my family going shopping nice place there are people everywhere who could help you very very friendly staff good place to go and get your needs met
I ordered hair conditioner online from JCPenney. The order arrived at the store quickly and I received an email when it arrived there. The sales associate that helped me when I went to pick it up was very kind and friendly.
Just passing through to use bathroom. Store looked nice or organized. Hardly no customers. It's good that mask was required.......that means they care for their employees n customers to keep them safe.
Have not been to a Penny's store for 15 yrs. The upgrades are great
