3/11/23 store straight trash! Men section look like they was robbed, clothes all over the floor. Employees hard to find for help!
Avoid this location especially if you expect to grab your mobile order and go. There is only two registers opens for the entire store. So the line is always long, I can never find a manager when there is an issue the cashier can't resolve. Phone support tells you to go to the store, which I rather avoid. they do not have staff for the services offered. They offer curbside but never come to your car. They are going out of business for a reason. **Clearly they responded w/o reading my post.
I had an event where I needed a plain white polo with no logo and realized a few hours before that I didn’t have one. Bridget and Chris were so friendly and helpful and were able to quickly find me what I needed. Thank you!
They took Sephora down and are building a new JC Penny beauty section so it's construction when you first walk in. Good finds but you have to dig for them. Checkout is slow - but decent customer service.
I like the selection and competitive pricing but none of the different department registers shoes, women's clothes, men's clothes, etc. are open. The only registers open are near one entrance of the store. When I checked out, I waited in a long line for about 25 minutes. When I left, I counted at least 20 people in the line waiting. Be prepared to wait.
A little chaotic and messy. I guess they're bringing out their summer merchandise. So its understandable. Staff was helpful except for the floor manager. He seems very abrasive and shirt with the staff that was asking him about the display clothes that I was looking for.
I stopped in today while my son had marching band practice. I had not been to the White Oak store since last year. Today I was pleased with the styles and selections in the young mens and mens department!
Poor Penneys!!!! They need sales people desperately!!!! Only one person to check customers out and one person to process returns! REALLY??‍. Well, hip, hip, hurray! to those 2 employees and God bless you for getting out there to earn a living.
Okay. Prices seem higher than usual. Scaled down merchandise and not many sales reps on floor.
Love the arrow but not enough employees to assist or ask questions or even enough cashier's. It gets frustrating.
