I can only attest to their big and tall men's section. Lots of good stuff, fun prints. Some very soft t shirts. It's kinda pricy even with the sales that they always have going on like this pink palm tree shirt is usually $60 and on sale it's $35. I prefer the men's big and tall section to the women's plus section. A 2x of the van hueson palm tree shirt fits me great without button gaping. For reference, Chest size is a bit bigger than 44D and waist is around 55in.
I shouldn't have to say "no" 5x for them trying to get me to open a credit card. Also maybe they should try pricing their items correctly?? Cashier had a major attitude with me over an item that was on sale and didn't bother to check or ask her supervisor who was standing right next to her, doing nothing to go check. After walking away I heard the cashier loudly say "she couldn't afford it" really? If that's how you treat people I don't want anything to do with this business. I won't be back.
This place here I felt like I did circles around the store for an hour. First I waited in line for the cashier by the door to return a pair of jeans only to find out that I had to go downstairs or upstairs idk which one it was to return my item. Then I was looking for some dress clothes for my son who has a school recital this week and the clothes section was just a mess of everything just thrown in there nothing was presented nicely. While we found a pair of pants that we're a possibility the dressing rooms by the kids sections were all blocked off , why I have no idea, so now we had to go back upstairs to use a fitting room in the ladies department.and the pants ended up not fitting anyways. Then I needed to look for a pair of dress shoes for him as well and of course went to the shoe section only to find shoes for everyone except kids. Which I'm guessing maybe the kids shoes are downstairs somewhere by the kids section. Who knows. Cuz I wasn't about to get on the escalator to go back down again and find out I was mistaken..I had a scarf I was going to buy so we got back in line again and the line didn't move for about 5 min and that's when I said forget it . I don't need the scarf that bad. And we left. Basically spent an hour of my day in a gerbil cage I felt like and accomplished absolutely nothing
I love this store service was Awesome and the cashier was very friendly even though there was some rude people in line the store was clean and organized love the location and hope it stays in the Greenbrier area the parking and hours are great
Got a great deal on sandals and sneakers. Even helped myself to the back of the shoes stock room as to no customer service. Got a great air fryer from there today. On sale and used a 20% of coupon.
Horrible customer service, I admit it was a few minutes before closing. I bought a pair of shorts that had a 25% off but it didn’t ring up. The cashier was so pressed on getting out she didn’t care to listen and ignored my concerns. I went to the rack and showed her and she still was more interested in getting out. The manager brandy was of no help either. She told me to come back the next business day. Horrible service
Store was well stocked, a bit pricey even on some sale items.

I love JCPENNEY however what I needed to purchase wasn't available. A black Worthington skirt or any brand black skirt. I purchased the item from Dillard's after leaving JCPENNEY all in the same shopping mall.
