I really liked it. Haven't been in a couple of years. They were handing out discount cards. 30 percent off, 40 , and 50 percent off, on your whole order or cart! Good on sale items too. Bought a lot of items. It was fun.
JC Penny is a great store. Especially this one in Spring Hill. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The entire store always looks great. This is one of my favorite places to visit when I'm looking for something of great quality.
Went there to exchange a ring I bought my wife. Staff was very helpful decided on exchanging for earrings instead. Went here again today and the the staff was helpful as usual everything is still good
Bought 2 sets of sheets online. They were thinner than thin. Already washed 1 set so was stuck with it but never opened 2nd so back it goes. They were $40 each set on sale. The worker gave me my refund and I put in my pocket and left. Got to the next store go to pay and only have $30 in my pocket... Nothing like getting scammed for $10 dollars. Might only be $10, and I will no longer ever shop at JCPENNEY. Always count your change and never trust FLORIDIANS!!!
JC Penny, including this location, used to be a great place to pick up reasonably priced clothes. No longer. This store has been spiraling toward oblivion for several years now. Perhaps that is because of the shifting economic realities, maybe it's because of how the company does business. I do not know. What I do know is that the men's department is poorly stocked and over priced. Suit jackets and blazers are available in tiny sizes only with maybe 10 total in sizes of 48R and up. The jackets they do have are not terribly stylish, but are priced as if they were. Dress shirts seem to be restricted in sizes also. I hope you have a 15.5" neck and short arms. Regardless, the prices are not competitive unless you sign up for a JC Penny credit card! No thanks. Casual wear is limited as well. The clearance section seems to be limited to rack after rack of sweat pants. No deals there. I will say that the store is extremely well staffed. As in, every 10' there is another clerk wanting to talk to you. Here's hoping that JC Penny survives. If this store is representative of the company as a whole, they've got some work to do.
Went to Jewelry counter. Lady was very patient & helpful. I was looking for a small gold pair of hoop earrings. We found just what I love.

Love that clearance section because almost everything in the store is over priced. Also, not family friendly unless you're there for clothes.
I bought my son's birthday gift, they put it in a very nice box. I spotted a ladies Invicta watch with four different color watch bands on sale, therefore, I bought it! I love JCPenney's! I love their Worthington clothing! ‍
They were super great. We got there a little later than we had hoped to 7pm, they close at 8pm. As we were trying to finalize the choices for a last minuet business trip for my husband his first one. While heading to line at about 7:45pm we had to wait in line. And there was actually quite a bit of people behind us still. The lady at checkout was amazing! She took her time, still spoke to us, and even walked us through an online coupon so we could save even more money on our purchase. We whole heartily appreciate it!! Super awesome.
