We returned to the jewelry department a year after we bought our wedding rings. So happy that Beebs was working. She is so patient and helpful. Not only did she help us find the right ring, she told us to meet Mag in Home Goods and called ahead. Well Mag was also patient, friendly and helpful. So we bought a mattress.
It’s closed, but was a decent parking lot area to change my tire in after 6pm. Had lots of shade & lovely sky view between the trees. No homeless people disturbing me & I was about to take care of business in peace. The store is unfortunately unavailable for shopping.
We were shopping for bed linens and towels. They have a good assortment of both, but the air freshener they use in the bedding department is so extremely strong that we were unable to complete our shopping. Since it’s an older store I assume they use it to cover up a musty smell. We were able to get our towels and then left without buying the bed linens. The sales associate Doreen was helpful and friendly.
I would like to share my extremely dissatisfying experience with JCPenney Sarasota through this review. I recently purchased a 1 ct diamond ring, but it came with the wrong certificate. Despite my numerous attempts, it has been impossible to get in touch with the store to obtain the correct certificate. This has caused immense frustration and disappointment. While the ring itself is beautiful, the certificate provided does not align with the advertised spesifications. This misleading information has devalued the product, and I am deeply disappointed with JCPenney Sarasota. It is particularly frustrating that reaching the store to rectify this situation has been impossible. I have been trying to contact them over the phone for several weeks, but there has been no response. Unfortunately, I am unable to visit the store in person as the purchase was made while I was on vacation. I strongly urge JCPenney Sarasota to take this matter seriously and immediately rectify the issue by providing me with the correct certificate that matches the advertised specifications. I want this review to be read by other potential customers to warn them about my negative experience with JCPenney Sarasota. Thank you for your attention.
Been a long time since I went into a pennies. It was dead. Noone w a s there. Customer service was no existent. One cashier everyone left same time. The guy didn't call for help, wonder if there was any.
Savannah was extremely helpful and kind. She deserves a raise for working so hard to fix the problem we had with opening a credit card.
Penney's has great sales and this one on July 4th was no different. Went there to buy queen sheets and men's clothes. A satisfied customer!
Every dressing room was closed except for women's dressing room when asking for a dressing room for my son I was told very rudely by lady named Kim that they are all open and she refused to show us which one was open, very few sales people on the floor and inventory is almost empty. I have come to learn the lady I spoke with is actually the human resources officer which makes this conduct even more unacceptable. Get it together jcpenny
Good deals on this store I like it
Business is dieing because of the poor customer service in the perfume department. The lady behind the counter had so much sass that I had to look twice to make sure I wasn't communicating with a 15 year old. Luckily there was a lovely lady working in the bedding department to help offset the rude vibes emitting from the perfume dept. That is all.
