Today I was buying at your store #2478, at International Mall in Miami in the women section. I went to an employee to ask for help to find what I was looking for. She was not pleasant or made the minimum effort to help. She just told me to look for it myself and told me that she didn't know.
Such a nice quiet shop. It has everything you need in one place. The people there are so nice and extremely helpful. Perfect way to shop without chaos.
The end draws near for this JC Penny store, which will soon close its doors. So, bring that stimulus check and give a little of that cash to a dying brand. If you don’t know, JC Penny declared bankruptcy last year and little by little all of its stores will soon seize to exist. I think they still have some good deals, so come and take advantage.

My wife loves this store. They always have some kind of sale going on. Prices are very good and service is ok. You can also find home stuff and can get a hair cut.
Some of the people/associates working here are not customer friendly. They are not helpful when you approach them with a question. They are lack even the basic qualities of being customer facing eg., smiling back.
The worst customer service experience in international mall pick up and return department the associate Jonathan worst attitude very rude treat me like third class customer. When I asked for a manager took the item that I need to return and throw it the other counter Very disappointed.
Check the clearance racks ALWAYS! You'll find amazing bargains. If you're looking for gifts, clearance is worth a look! Also- always ask if they're having sales at checkout! They usually are and they'll pull up a 20% off barcode or something like it off the website to scan for your order and you can save.
All the staff is great. Talk about dust house. Yo you people in charge need to take a self inventory on what is acceptable. As humans we need to breathe fresh air. You guys have more than enough money to pay a company to come clean properly. How can people afford to do that to their homes when they make a fraction of what this company makes. Abysmal for the dust. What are all these nice clothing and great employees doing in this dust factory? You need to come look in the trenches for yourselves instead of be in the nice cushy office. I would hope you at least have a nice office everyone is deserving of good things, just like your customers and employees should not have to wear a gerson p95 painters mask to shop! What is this? 1800 no it's 2022
