A sad atmosphere, seems to be only three retail clerks for the entire store. Inventory shows considerable depletion and some disarray. The store is quite clean and well lit and what staff was there was cordial and engaging. The selection of dresses was better than Macy's in the same mall.
This location was very clean and tidy. The staff were very polite. My only complaint is that I took my elderly mother to this location. And she has back issues with scoliosis and they had no carts. I told her they would have no cards but she didn't believe me. But there's nothing for an elderly person if they come in and enjoy JCPenney's. It's a store they remember but also I wish they would have like a buggy or a shopping cart for an elderly person to hang on to. The only reason I didn't give five stars.
I love the store. I love the assortment of clothing. I am handicapped. This store does not provide wheelchairs, or electric carts. I struggled shopping, for two young grandchildren. One is 8 and the other 13yrs old. I had to hold myself up, on a shopping cart. Which they ,don't have but 4, of those. Not a good experience.
I went into your store today to use my trade in certificate for a new diamond ring and was told that you no longer honored trade in certificates. Ridiculous! No notification was given that I could no longer use my trade in. I'm certain I'm not the only customer who is angry over this. Customers with trade in certificates should be honored. I'm done with JCPenney I don't ever intend on spending money in your store again!!
I would like to give a review for Cameo. I was very impressed as I watched her , as I stood in line. She was one of the most hard working and polite employee i have seen in a long time. Very impressed.
Went shopping for some items, found what we wanted at good prices. At checkout was told those prices aren’t correct, and to come back in 3 days when the sale is on. Left store and won’t go back.
If you are a female, the place is awesome. I went there to find some shorts for my fiance. And they only had a small section for boys.
They always have what I need and the merchandise quality it's wonderful. The advertised sale is always a sale.
Hired help is wonderful and their sale prices help me out so much !!! LOVE THIS STORE
I purchased a few shirts, on sale/ online and I was able to pick them up within a few hours. I love the shirts, fit and quality!! Thanks, JCPENNEY!!
