I went for a specific item; my first visit to this particular store. Good selection; limited sizes. More problematic was that, of the numerous fitting rooms, the only one open was at the opposite side of the store. This required two back and forth treks. I forewent a third, deciding to risk purchasing two alternate items without trying them on. Luckily, they both ended up fitting great. As for my original quarry? I'll be purchasing that from another source online.
This store was popping the other day when I went by. I had ordered some shoes online to be delivered to this store free shipping life hack and you wouldn't know it from the parking lot but inside there were so many people. Shopping away. Great people, found a clearance rack with a shirt on marked and the assistant went out of her way to make sure the shirt got marked down for me to a great price! $70 down to $10
Neat, clean, orderly store. I went only to return a home decor item purchased online. I was unhappy with the item as it was not as described. To be fair this item was offered at multiple stores and they are all guilty of a deceptive description of this item. Thankfully the return process was very easy. I was able to take the item to any JC Pennys and my money was applied back to my debit card right there at the register. The associate was friendly and efficient.
They don't honor there coupons that they send you, they have all kinds of exceptions so you can't use them.
Penny's was very clean and not busy at all. It was hard to find anyone to help find what i was looking for. There is handicap accessibility and the isles are wide enough for walkers and wheelchairs. Mask was not a requirement there at least when i was there. They do have public bathrooms and they are clean. It was nice to see a open penny's store.
Great deals at super terrific price's. Customer service was wonderful very helpful. I had no waiting at all. Also I used their online services everything came back perfect order. I don't know why this place wasn't packed you just won't believe the deals.
Had to exchange something I purchased a couple days ago for a different size. The process was painless, easy no long lines and the ladies at the register were happy to help, great customer service while training one of them.

I haven't been to a Penney's in a while. The store was clean, pretty well-stocked. But their checkouts are not very well marked. Only one fitting room is open also. Other than that there's no real issue.
