If they are the seller, run. Had a terrible experience with them. House was way over appraisal price, and they knew that ahead of time based on comps. After working out a deal, they backed out and broke the contract. They also refused to reimburse the cost of inspection and appraisal after doing so. First time home buyers, don't even waste your time with these guys.
Tatiana Krusell is by far the best realtor. She made the process of buying a home a breeze. Tatiana helped us so much without her we wouldn’t have been able to do it. I recommend her to everyone because she is a very hard worker and goes above and beyond for all her clients. I would give her 100 stars if possible
Absolutely the worst decision I have ever made choosing Kirk Bugg to advertise and auction my land! He took the check up front! Horrible experience! He even got my street name wrong! 1 person showed up to the Auction because in my opinion Kirk Misrepresented himself to me…..What a Discrace. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON WITH PARKS REALTY!!!!!
This review is delayed but wanted to share my experience in the event it might be helpful for others. I rented from parks roughly 6 years ago. During the 2.5 years I rented from them, there was turnover in the office staff as well as the leasing agent Brian was ultimately the agent I worked with during the move out process and he was very helpful but my overall experience was good. The main negative issue and the one thing I will caution you about is making SURE you get copies of everything for your own records. By that I mean not only a copy of the lease but also some kind of documentation of the condition of the property at the time you move out. I purchased a home which is the only reason I gave up my rental and now, 6 years later I am trying to rent short term through another company while waiting to buy another home and Parks doesn’t seem to have any records of mine except the duration of the lease which will not work as a rental reference. Unfortunately for me, no rental history means double the deposit. I can’t recall her name, but the lady I spoke to in the leasing office seemed pretty annoyed with my questions and efforts to try to get some kind of paperwork to support the condition I left the property excellent, it was professionally cleaned and turnover ready. Granted, she was not there at the time I was a tenant and had no control over the records then, but surely with the costs of rentals in Murfreesboro she would understand why anyone would want to do whatever they could to avoid paying double the deposit amount. Takeaway: request copies of every single piece of documentation even if you don’t think you’ll ever need it.
Just bought a new home after working with Jason LaForte at Parks Realty in Murfreesboro and could not be happier with our experience! The entire team we worked with went above and beyond to make us feel like we were the only buyer/ sellers out there. From start to close, Jason did everything to make the process as easy as possible for us. He took the time to go through all of our options and worked really hard to ensure he knew exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home!!
I am constantly amazed at Justin Holder's customer service and passion for helping me as a customer. Every time I speak to him, he makes me feel like I am his most important customer. No one markets property like Justin does!
Debbie Stribling was amazing to work with, as a first time home buyer I'm sure i asked a lot of silly questions and wasted a lot of her time but i would never know because of how patient and sweet she was with my wife and i. I feel like we lucked into the best realtor in the city!
I gave them earnest money for one of their listed homes in early May 2018. The contract was terminated on May 10, 2018. It is May 31, 2018 and I have yet to receive my earnest money back. My earnest money should be in one of my accounts earning interest not in Parks Realty earning interest for them. In order to get my money I guess I'm going to have to file a complaint on Parks Realty with the Board of Realtors.
Have used Teresa Austin of the Parks Realty Turner-Victory Team. They have went above and beyond on both the purchase of my home and sell of my home. I would recommend Parks Realty and the Turner-Victory Team.
