Jeff’s passion for real estate began in Kansas City in 1998 when he took a job with a home builder. The amazing process of creating a new community, watching sticks turn into homes and witnessing the excitement of the families purchasing those new homes sparked Jeff’s interest in all things Real Estate. Looking for a new adventure, Jeff found himself in Denver in 2000 and after gaining some invaluable experience working in the finance world, Jeff started a remodeling company, which provided him with the best of both worlds – creating beautiful homes for his clients while still having fun with real estate through his many fix-and-flip projects.
Meanwhile, Elle’s passion for real estate grew over 10 years working in multiple areas of the industry. Prior to becoming and agent, she assisted clients with lending, marketing, investing, consulting, project management and staging. This wide range of experience allowed her to see real estate transactions from many different perspectives and to create a style of doing business that focuses on each of her client’s unique needs. Elle started a Home Staging business in 2007 and definitely knows what it takes to make a home stand out from the competition.
It eventually became obvious to Jeff and Elle that the services they could offer their clients as a team would be unsurpassed. Basically, these two are a match made in real estate heaven! If their clients cannot find the dream home they are looking for, they will help them create it!
Jeff and Elle are both members of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association and were honored to be presented with an award at the 2015 Diamond Circle Awards.
