Owner and head trainer Jeffrey Lentz is one of the top mixed martial arts fighters in the region. Lentz MMA is the culmination of his direct experiences in and around the cage and the ring. Lentz MMA seeks to give back to the martial arts community by providing Atlantic county with a martial arts school that embodies ancient martial arts traditions combined with the most current techniques and training methodologies.
