Prices are high but nothing beats their customer service. I was having some problems when I was pregnant and they were so great. They told me to have a seat and gave my 2 year old some fruit. They wrang my groceries in while I was sitting down and then had someone deliver them to my car. This was not the first time they went above and beyond for me.

Being the only grocery store in town, they charge more for their products than the other store in Perth. Sometimes a couple of dollars more. Hardly fair. Tight quarters to shop in. Usually very tidy and clean. Very expensive though. Friendly staff at all times, makes it nicer to go when we have no choice

The staff is always friendly and, for a small grocery store, they quite often carry items the Superstore doesn't.

I remember back in 2000, when i was 16 years old i bought groceries from this store. The cashier made a mistake and double scanned my chicken, I didn’t notice until i got home and when i called, the woman who answered said: “how do i know you didn’t buy 2?!” Little did they know i was living on my own and trying to work and put myself through school. I went without enough food as it was. Terrible costomer service!
