Jefferson Community Health Care Centers, Inc. (JCHCC) has a daily mission to provide premier, affordable, quality health care to the uninsured, underinsured and indigent population in and around Jefferson Parish.

JCHCC also provides quality women's health, pediatrics and infant care in a warm and family friendly environment. We also provide prenatal care throughout the term of the pregnancy and initial infertility consultation.

JCHCC accepts Medicaid Plans:

Bayou Health Plans - Amerigroup, AmeriHealth, La Caritas formerly LaCare, United Healthcare Community Plan, Community Health Solutions, and Louisiana Healthcare Connections.
