I went to the vital statistics area room 101 to obtain a death certificate $15.00 & $6.00 for each additional. There was a crowd, but the process went quickly for me I printed and filled out the forms before I arrived. They do have the form there as well. Staff are very friendly and approachable.

I just left the vital records office...needed copy of birth certificate. Wow was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Friendly and fast service. Wish all city/county/state offices were this good. Thank you ladies!

The woman that works for the environmental health department is the rudest lady I have ever spoken to. She talked down on both me and my roommate and was not able to answer a single question asked. She had consistent attitude and should not be able to speak to people over the phone.

From the moment we called, easy access of parking, clean inside, great check in experience, almost no waiting to be seen. Our doctor was absolutely amazing! Super nice, explained everything and the whole process was really incredible!

Today my provider was one of the best that I’ve ever experienced. The check in personnel was friendly as well. Even when I went to the restroom for my i urine sample. I couldn’t zip my jumpsuit back up, and before I could ask my partner to help assist, a sweet lady from the back stopped me instantly and said,” heyyyyy, let me get that for you”! At pediatric clinic, the black lady with the shaved red hair is always rude. She lets all the Hispanics jump the line for an interpreter. She leaves all the black patients stand there waiting to checkout behind the “wait here” sign. I was late picking up my children from school. That is dangerous. She knew we were standing there and never acknowledged us. This isn’t the first time she has done this.

You know how u call and ur always maybe the 24th person or so. I don't mind really cus I know there's other patients but when u finally have the chance to speak and wasn't finished and they hanged up .now that's disrespectful.they did it to me two times and it's really frustrating

The people were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get a birth certificate. Very impressive.

Moira Flynn told me to login to get my test results but they were never posted. I called for days and waited hours to get my results! I paid there and online hoping that’ll help!! Still, no results! Pitiful.

They have very friendly employees and the lady in the lab that drew my blood was precious. I loved her. Everyone was really nice and respectful and the appointment was really comfortable and easy. The call process to make an appointment isn’t the best, but once you get the appointment, they make it much less scary to be uninsured. They take care of you and I’m thankful!
