I’m getting the access for my appointment tomorrow and the address is wrong I never had this problem before Now what’s the problem

The worst facility they have they need to shut it down solely because of doctor Ada he's horrible UPDATE so an update to this review this facility really needs to be shut down I am scheduled for an operation got my lab work done a week ago which was due today they failed to even input my lab work they have yet to get any of my pre-op information sent over to my orthopedic surgeon therefore my surgery may have to be canceled in or rescheduled no one can explain to me why my lab results are just now being put in a week after they have come in I guess it just said on someone's desk no one took it seriously as I stated before and I stand on my word that facility needs to be shut down the department of health needs to come in and do a thorough evaluation of the doctors and the staff I've never been to a facility a medical facility that do not care about your medical I will be advocating for this facility to be shut down or restaffed

Well. I had high hopes when I first was introduced to this doctor at this facility. He seemed very straightforward, I liked the people at the facility. But it’s been 4 weeks since I met with my doctor and brought a list of concerns, and nothing has happened. I’ve reached out probably six times or more over the course of the past four weeks to get a response, and have yet to receive one. Now I’m requesting my medical records so that I can go to another facility, still have not received a response from this place. Very disappointed. I don’t feel like they care about my health at all

Pleasant staff and usually prompt attention to your concerns. Also fairly easy to get an appt.

This is a great new facility. Modern and clean. Friendly staff!

If i could do negatives.... They would have MANY....

It is one of the worst clinics. I switched to that clinic and I had to make an appointment just to get medication refills, they didn't have appointments available for up to 1 week and another week has passed since I went and I'm still calling because the doctor hasn't sent the medicines to the pharmacy. And the worst thing is that I can't change my doctor until the next month. And not to mention the doctor that when I told him that it hurt, he asked me why it hurt... if he knew the cause of my pain, he would not go to see a doctor

The worst, the dr does not act as a professional, very bad experiences, some nurses also do not recommend it at all
