Worst bus service ever my family member stranded in Chicago for 27 hours because of late bus the get to his next stop in Minneapolis and once again stranded all day with 18 other people no bus to take them to their next stop and destination, so once again maybe get a bus by morning. Got put out on the street because the bus station is closed and they are not allowed to wait inside.a 3 day trip has turned out to be 6 days with no end in sight because nobody knows when their bus will arrive. I wish I could give it a rating of 000 because that’s what it deserves. Put your passengers on the street all night. Worst bus service ever. Definitely not worth $280.00 one way. Steer clear of anything to do with this bus station or bus company at least your money will be appreciated somewhere else. Failure in customer service Failure in Safety of Passengers. Just pure Failure FFFFF
The bus drive was extremely rude and out right abusive. He didnt call any of the stops. He didnt make anyone wear masks. He let a customer on with two cats and he didnt do anything when the cats meowed the entire ride. Also neither jefferson lines or greyhound have done anything to make this right. Their customer service numbers don't work and there is no email address listed on the site. This is the worst experience I've ever had on any bus.
Can't share details of my trip because the ticket agent hung up on me as I started to ask about fares etc. It really didn't feel like an accident. Prior to that, the agent at the W, Meadow station in Duluth was rude and basically hung up on me too. I was trying to make reservations for the 4th of July but had to make other arrangements because no one would talk to me. And this first thing in the morning at 7:30am. Early to be having a bad day at the office.
No bus picked me up at airport at scheduled time. Had to spend money for cab to get to their Minneapolis station. 58$ not a happy camper. Lost a customer here.
Your driver James A. Is on point!! We got stuck in the blizzard in Madina, ND. I sat up front talking to the driver James A. and he was going 3-5 mph in this storm and a 60+ mph gust of wind push us across the road and our front tires just off the road, blocking both eastbound lanes. James A. was 100% calm and kept the other bus passengers happy and calm despite our situation. He couldn't have done a better job. This weather was 100% out of control. It was like a Hurricane. James A. is the nicest, most professional & the best driver for this type of winter driving and ANY other type of driving hands down! This man definitely DESERVES A RAISE X2!!! Thank you JAMES A. FOR YOUR MOST EXCELLENT DRIVING. Thank you Stutsman County Sheriff, North Dakota State Troopers and NDDOT For rescuing us from this outrageous storm from hell. Thank you JEFFERSON LINES for putting us all up in a hotel and getting me to my final destination of St. Louis, MO. Anything negative said about James A. in this situation is a 100% lie due to some of the other passengers lack of self-respect, respect for others & and their own negative frustrations. JAMES A is a top notch driver and should be awarded your highest awards for a professional driver. Disregard ANY & ALL negative feedback about this driver!! I am former Law Enforcement and I know a pro when I meet them... Thank you James A. & Jefferson Lines
So here’s Jefferson Lines for you: Pay $50 for a two-hour trip from Alexandria, MN to Minneapolis, MN, when Megabus charges $38 from Minneapolis to Chicago 9-hour trip just because no other buses go to Alexandria. Jefferson cancels your trip without giving a reason why with less than 8 hours notice before the trip. Then you can’t get a refund because the ticket was purchased within a week in advance because my grandma died and I had to pay for it last minute. You would think a company wouldn’t take advantage of people buying non-refundable tickets and cancelling without reason just to eat their money, but here’s Jefferson Lines for ya.
Waited 3 hours for the bus. People working had no idea what was going on. When the bus finally showed, driver admitted to over sleeping and didn't plug the bus in. Can't start a cold diesel in -10. Ruined my trip. Horrible customer service in handling the matter.
I got nightmares with them,they not explain where to go which line shuld go,and if you missed your bus even not your mistake they treat you bad they not giving you refund back or change ticket different days.I was ver disipointed two more person end up same issue they dont care you in bus or not they just want money.I try to talk to manager she treat me like im dump.Dont trust this bus station
Poor customer service at the Minneapolis location. Only some have good customer service. The drivers who go to Duluth have good cs and is nice. Don't try and call the bus station at the Minneapolis location, because they will never answer the phone.for you.
Its been 1 year and i still do not have my luggage. I get no answer as to what to do. i keep getting the same answer. i need to call Arrow... well not cool. you have lost personal information about my identity.......
