Jefferson-Madison Regional Library

I'm so grateful for this library and all the services it provides to the community. I love coming to the kid's area with my daughter and picking out books to read together. I also appreciate being able to book a public meeting room for free and took advantage of that to host a mom's play group. It was a pretty straightforward and simple process, and the staff were friendly and helpful!

Tremendous tremendous tremendous staff tremendous location tremendous the front desk associate downstairs in the downstairs section was awesome awesome in the reference section awesome awesome hard worker very helpful help me print what I needed to get printed in the folks upstairs were great as well have a great day at this is a great place to bring your family and your friends and have a lot of fun fun fun fun fun tremendous tremendous library group locations in Crozet and Charlottesville 72 in Charlottesville and I believe they're located some other great parts of the country in Central Virginia fantastic I highly recommend I love this place I love this awesome library

Very difficult to navigate. Old web site fine. Trash the new one and go back to the old one.

A home away from home. Truly. The staff is amazing!! The book selection is enormous!! The hours are generous. I adore this extraordinary gift to this large community.

Library itself is pretty nice but the staff I ran into today was horrific . Unhelpful and downright rude . I had the feeling I was bothering them at every turn . Finally got everything filled out to get cards and met he rudest individual I ever met in a library system. I have been a member of this library since 1986 and needed a name change and a replacement card . Not anything that would have costed her an ounce of sweat but she was put out I guess because she down right poured . I am contacting her superior . But wow ... get another job !

We use the Lovingston Library. It's been closed for renovating and covid-19. We have made many attempts to take back library books but the drop off box was locked or wasn't there. We have messaged, emailed, and after many many weeks the other day someone finally emailed back and they were returned on July 27, 2020. At before 1:00 AM July 28, 2020 we got an email saying over 200.00 was owed. That renovation nor covid-19 was our fault and nobody has that kind of money. Someone needs to figure this out.

The librarian I talked to was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated their overall organizational skills and efforts to foster an inclusive and diverse environment with other cultures specifically Spanish and East Asian.

Really great library. The building is quite large with several floors packed with books and resources. They have room you can book and offer many programs. The staff is very helpful as well.

Went in clueless and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I got a library card, printed the documents I needed and left feeling better than how I went in. Thanks a lot to the people that make this library great!

I enquired about the availability of a title today. I spoke with a very nice lady named Ginger. She went above and beyond to locate the book. I'm very appreciative!
