He is a member of American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics among many other professional organizations. Specialized treatment includes total knee and hip replacement, arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine, and age-related bone and joint conditions. Dr. Rich is the first in the area to perform computer-assisted knee and hip replacements, and partial joint replacements. I have been a very happy patient of Dr Rich for over 5 years, he has done an Arthroscopy and also  both of my knees TOTAL REPLACEMENTS and I couldn’t be happier… I have recommended him to many family and friends and they are as happy as I’m as well, he is definitely THE BEST OF THE BEST… We are so blessed to have him in Miami! Thank you Dr Rich for giving me the opportunity to have “quality life”… I now wear high heals, dance go up and own the stairs and basically do everything thanks to you!

I am very disappointed with Dr. Rich. His beside manner is horrible and his communication skills lack tremendously. He gave me the wrong diagnosis and almost cost me knee surgery and not have needed it. I am glad my new doctor found that my knee pain, stemmed from arthritis in my hips and not my knees as Dr. Rich stated.  You did,not help me at all and my knee injections that you profited from did not help my pain problem. I do not recommend Dr. Rich. As he has helped many people, he failed me horribly. And his communication skills with patients us lacking. You need to learn to communicate better with your patients who keep you well paid.  Very disappointed with Dr. Rich and will never return again or recommend him to anyone.  Sincerely, Alex P.

Amazing skills! I had an ACL reconstruction using a cadaver ACL. Originally thought to have also torn my medial meniscus - turns out to be gunk from old injuries which he then fixed and cleaned up. Dr Rich's bedside manner may not be for everyone...not a mushy style - very matter of fact and direct - I was annoyed by my injury so his direct approach was VERY appreciated! I did not feel pressured to go in any particular direction, but was advised on which course to take based on what i wanted for my final outcome. I'm over the moon happy with my outcome and feel like I got a better than before result!!

I had my surgery 7 months ago implant in the hip, from the first moment I felt no pain, as his office staff make you feel comfortable from the first moment.

My acl surgery was a success I did it 7 years ago and had some resent test done to make sure everything was ok and yes acl is perfect. This dr is amazing and straight forward.

I was very pleased with my experience at Dr Rich’s Office. Dr Rich was very thorough an explanatory. I was treated with professionalism and great care from the moment of arrival. Excellent team Dr Rich!! Will definitely recommend!!

I don't know what's up with the hating reviews - Dr. Rich is the man. He's so cool and knows his stuff - great job with my hip replacement -  minimal pain experienced - I highly recommend

Excellent doctor. Extremely professional and caring. Both the doctor and his staff are fantastic. I would not trust any one else.
