As much as I wish I could gatekeep this dental office so there’s more available appointments haha, I must say, I have never before had such a thorough and honest dentist over the handful I’ve had throughout my life. The saying is that someone who’s mastered something can teach it to anyone in the simplest way, and Dr. Sobecks makes everything incredibly easy understand, and explains what he’s doing/shows you in the process. It would be a complete disservice to the staff to not give them a huge shoutout as well, Adrienne the lady who answers the phones, schedules the appointments, runs the office practically lol is incredibly nice and once again makes everything easy to understand in terms of working with insurance and scheduling. I haven’t met the other Dental Assistants, but the one I have been with is the kindest and coolest, and Lulu you’re seriously the best Even though I just moved and will have a 30 minute drive, no way I’m not going to have this be my primary dentist’s office from now
Was hospitalized and was not able to make my dental appointment, was then charged a $25 fee for not showing up. On top of the fee was charged interest. This dentist just lost thousands and thousands of dollars of future dental work over $25.50. I mean is it that desperate?
Dr. Jeff is very nice. Gives to charity. Takes great care of my dental needs. Worked with me when I was with Out insurance back in 2013. Been a patient since then. Dr. Sobeck give a great teeth cleaning. His dental hygienist is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars as she hurt my wife and doesn't seem as careful as I would like for my dental needs.
Jeffrey Sobecks did an amazing job installing my gold filling. I called many practices and wasn't able to find a dentist willing to work with gold until I finally came across this dental practice. Very happy I found this place. Dr. Sobecks does a great job explaining and visually showing you the work that is being done. Very impressed with the customer service and the end result. Will be a returning customer for sure!!
If you are nervous, anxious or just afraid of the dentist you should go see Dr. Sobecks & Posse . Let me start with I DON'T LOVE GOING TO THE DENTIST, I had to start taking anxiety meds a few years ago and going to the dentist was not even an option for a few years before this.I went yesterday....and I am still alive! Might sound crazy to most but not to some others.The people here are wonderful,from the 1st. telephone call to walking out of the door it was by far the most comfortable I have ever been at the dentists office. Dr. Sobecks is out standing on his own but just as importantly the people he has working with him are awesome,The office is not chaotic I couldn't handle that I'ts quite with just a few very efficient ladies. A very comfortable space, everyone talks to you, the rooms are large and open you don't feel like the "cubical" is closing in on you. There is a young lady a tech I assume and I assume it's not her job to sit there and baby sit me but she did,the entire time.I wish I would have found this place 20 years ago. Now if I could just them all to go with me to the OMS office .
Definitely the best dentist and office staff I have ever been to. The office is extremely clean and the personalities are wonderful. It's such a relaxing experience I could actually fall asleep in the dentist chair.
This dentist is right on. I had a root canal in the past week, and he's very efficent, takes the time to explain, show pictures. ect. I was worried as this was my 1st ever root canal and it was virtually painless. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Sobecks for a couple years. He does an outstanding job and is always very thorough. His whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend Dr. Sobecks.
