I've been a patient here for 4 years and I think its a great clinic The staff are very compassionate and caring. They help keep me focused on my sobriety. The nurses work hard with me to keep me on the right dose. The nurses are professional and understanding and are always positive. The bottom line-Everyone in the clinic cares about me. I highly recommend JEM.

The most of the staff are soo nice but the owner is awful. All they care about is money. It doesn’t matter if you’re one day late on your payment, they are going to decrease your dose. I was there for 4 years and I never dropped clean one time and they didn’t care as long as I was paying them. They just kept upping my dose to keep me hooked on methadone on top of all the other drugs I was doing. I’ve been clean on Suboxone for 3 years now, it is so much better! I would say always try subs first...

First let me say that this place saved my life. Without them I’d definitely be in jail if not dead. Its really simple, if you can’t or won’t follow rules, then this place is not for you and you will not succeed. Yes you have to pay on time and pass drug tests and in the beginning, show up every day. But the $65 a week is much cheaper than the hundreds I spent on drugs per week. The staff is great and will do anything they can to help you succeed. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a drug issue.

I've been going to this clinic for a little more than a year now. I always had problems with opiates and i hated suboxone. Since going to JEM, i've been straight now and doing great. If you follow their rules and complete clean urine drops, then the program is great.

In my opinion this is the best clinic around by far. If you follow the rules then you will have absolutley no problems. Jem does accept some insurance or just pay out of pocket. If you don't have insurance or yours is not accepted there do not worry because the out of pocket cost is very affordable. If you are looking for treatment alternative to the traditional rehab then look no further this is your place. Take it from a successful patient to the program. IT WORKS

I currently go here and was here at another time. I'm sorry but I believe it is what you make it! If you're going here to stop using, for real stop, then it will work. Meetings and sober life is up to you. Nobody else! So if you want it, yes this place is great to help you break the chains of addiction. But like I said, meetings and living a sober life is on us. The methadone just gives u us a way to ground ourselves and somewhere to start. I think most the staff I'd great. Good luck to all and may God be with you!!

Don't go here! They will rip you off! I experienced getting ripped off first-hand by these people. Think about what you are getting yourself into with Methadone... Withdrawal symptoms are way worse than Heroin or any opiate that you can do. Methadone will keep you sick and awake for a month! If you are trying to get off of opiates go see a suboxone doctor. It's $250 to see a doctor and he gives you a script up front. Plus you don't have to go everyday and the withdrawal symptoms are not near as bad as methadone.

Tried transfering clinics, was told I had to guest dose first. Which is a lie. Then they charged me for the 2 weeks of guest dosing on top of getting dosed from other clinic. Then refused to release my information to the new clinic until I paid up. Highly illegal technique to use. If you go here don't trust them and double check your rights.

This place is absolutely horrible. They are basically just legally DRUG DEALERS trying to take your money. And it’s not much of a clinic when the doctor tells your to buy illegal opiod drugs just to be allowed in the system. Their drug test are completely incorrect. I had taken barbiturates and not suboxone, but yet somehow I test negative for barbiturates and positive for suboxone? Complete joke. For people who actually need help from opioids these people don’t really care for you, they just want your money. Pathetic.

It is awesome that they help with addiction that alone is why i gave them 3 stars. My only issue with this place is they're counseling for addicts is absolutely horrible. You only see your counselor once a month and that's just to do your drug test otherwise you never see them they don't hold meetings at the treatment center. All they do is dispense methadone. THAT'S it.
