Customer service is amazing! They have had awesome deals going all month long. I tried to place an order online with a gift card and apparently can only use the cards in store. They were willing to help me over the phone and get my order together for me so I can get the deal and use my card even though I couldn’t make it in right away. That’s above and beyond to me. But every time I go in the ladies are all so sweet and helpful and make me feel so good. Oh, and their clothes are adorable! Such a fun store!
Love this boutique! The employees are so friendly and helpful, I love their style and the items they pick out. They usually have a great clearance section as well!
This store has the best selection of unique clothing and accessories. The customer service cannot be beat and if you don't visit for a while you get a 20% off "we miss you" coupon by text! Bonus! I just shopped there today and didn't try on a thing. Everything fits like it was made for me and I am always so happy after shopping there! Thank you so much!
II absolutely love Jema Lane! It's so exciting to find plus sized clothing that is flattering and trendy...not the typical matronly style, that makes me look my age. Tha girls that work there are amazing. They are friendly, very helpful, and not at all pushy. They know their boutique well, and quickly help me find exactly what I need. I always have a good experience when I shop there, and am looking forward to my ext visit.
I love the styles at Jema Lane! They are unique and super cute, I find styles that fit my own personal style and sometimes the ladies here help me find something new - you never know until you try *everything* on! A fun stop to bring friends for a day out or to find gifts for the lovely ladies in your life. I'm always pleasantly surprised! I enjoy working here too, everyone is so friendly and honest. It's a small boutique that truly has that small business, local feel. Stop by, you won't regret it!
I have enjoyed every time I have come in to shop. It is the perfect blend of interesting and well placed product, helpful staff without being overbearing, exuberant and attentive staff. They have engaged when I needed help and been very helpful when my account had a blip. This is a wonderful store that even if you don’t find something one day, it is a great place to window shop and enjoy lovely staff.
I love this shop! They always have amazing looking clothes that are stylish and fun. Their looks are casual, comfortable, and pulled together! I always find lots of treasures from fantastic hand bags, beautiful jewelry, cozy scarves and hats, to fun boots, sweaters, and a large variety of jeans. There so much to choose from! You will NOT be disappointed. This shop is such a treasure in the Spokane Valley!
