I was unsure about getting my medical support from Jencare Morrow. Dealing with the reality of aging, had me questioning several things…one of these was going to JenCare Morrow. I’m glad that I did! The staff there are very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I feel welcome there and seen. Not just to be seen, by the medical team nurses and physicians. Jencare sees me as a person with many strengths and flaws. I appreciate you JenCare and I’m grateful for your support and amazing medical care. P.S. Jencare has a pharmacy on hand so you don’t have to travel to get your prescriptions. For those who qualify, free Uber service is available to and from your medical appts at JenCare. JenCare has earned the MVP status as far as I’m concerned. Excellent Care and Care Providers. Thanks Dr. Edwards.Kudos from TP. ‍ ‍
I this place. Been a patient for 3 years. Everyone is always friendly, courteous and professional. I am called in to see my physician in a prompt manner and on my way home shortly thereafter. My physician is warm and thoughtful. I feel they are genuinely concerned about my overall health both mentally and physically and spiritually. Hats off to the physician assistants also. A great team.
The over staff is kind and caring, however, the dissemination of medical records request is too slow! If multiple calls are not placed nothing gets done! This holds up treatment and coordination of care for patients.
Initially, I was very skeptical about switching my dads care over to JenCare because I read some negative reviews and it just seemed too good to be true really. I told my dad "look, if it's terrible we'll just find you somewhere else". I even took off work to attend his first appointment so that I could make an accurate judgement about the whole team. I was blown away at the first appointment...the kindness, thoroughness, everything was wonderful! I was still skeptical...maybe we just got lucky that day...but we are now about 2.5 months in and they have maintained everything they promised! We have had a time where the physician cancelled the day before but for us that wasn't a big deal. This place has been a blessing to my dad and I wish it was marketed more to the elderly community so that more people would know about it. I only found out because my dad was in the ER and the physician asked us and other people if they had JenCare so I googled it to see what it was and that's how we landed at this location. Thank you JenCare for this concept and to the staff for your attention to detail!
I’m really enjoying my new Care Team at JenCare Morrow. Today was my first scheduled phone visit and it wasn’t with my PCP because I guess she was too busy! However the NP that called me was pleasant, informed and answered all my questions. I keep waiting for them to do something that will either send me back to Kaiser or to a new Dr. But I’m happy to say since Feb I’m still satisfied!
I am in love with type of care my JenCare health provider team gives to me. I never feel rushed or not listened to. I believe in the preventative care that they offer on a monthly basis. I am thankful for Jencare and will continue to use them as my healthcare providers. Thank you Jen Care and your team you are doing an awesome job.
Jencare medical Center give respect to the elderly and are concern about all of their needs. It make me feel like I'm I'm loved. I look forward to visiting this clinic. If any one love to be loved, they need to make an appointment To visit JenCare Medical Center for the Elderly.
The people like Jen care are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been very kind to me and have met my needs as they needed to be met thank you. I couldn't ask for a nicer medical center to go to.
Jencare Senior Medical Center is becoming one of the best care facility for all seniors. I was encouraged by the care I received to stay with my doctor and his workers for my care. You all deserve a big thank you.
JenCare is a new concept for us. We are loving the ease of access to our PCP, we feel heard & understood, we can ask questions, we do not feel rushed so we can get an understanding of what our PCP is saying or asking. Also, we feel our PCP is personally interested in us & is working diligently to get know his patient as a person & then learn his medical history & needs. We can see how this care concept can work well to meet patient needs & the sincere doctors who desire to truly help & not just herd people.
