Me and my daughter normally have a pretty good experience. This time my daughter was disappointed. She normally goes in there, shows them a picture, and asks if they can even do it before sitting down and having them try. She’ll never have them do something without confirmation first. They normally execute it really well, but this time it didn’t turn out good. We showed him the picture at the beginning to even see if he could do it and he said yes he could. We asked if he wanted to see the picture but he said no he remembered. One of the things was that he clipped three of the nails super short and then asked her if the length was good and before she answered he kept going by the time she answered he already had an entire hand done. She asked for it to be exactly like it no modifications or anything length and all to be the same. The first photo is what she asked for the second photo is what she got.

The establishment was clean, friendly, pretty, and comfortable. Our nail techs were gentle I almost fell asleep and personable. When looking around, everyone was talking and having a good time. We went on Mother's Day and still got prompt timely service. The manager was honest with me that We may have to wait a bit for the correct person to do what I wanted and went around asking everyone to see who could do it. I only had to wait about 5-10 mins. My daughter decided to switch her design in order to not wait any longer even though we hadn't waited very long but was still very happy. When asking if we could be seated together, her nail tech had no problem moving his whole kit for her. The only thing I didn't like was not having all of the gunk removed from my fingers that washing them couldn't remove but it wasn't that big of a deal as it was something I was able to do myself at home. We will definitely go back!

I was introduced to this place about 5 years ago and been going ever since until about a year ago I’ve really noticed a bad transition. I’m a hair braider and I get braider set nails which is 3 nails short and at least 2 stiletto nails no biggie right! I love designs but I’m not too hard considering the fact they don’t really do the trendy designs and all that stuff. Lately I’ve been going in and get the same thing but noticed when I want my nailsfull set done I’ll go to a certain person but they all refuse to service me an unprofessional matter. My last experience I waited for 30 minutes for a pedicure and full set. I was told to sit down at a pedicure bowl still waiting but after the wait time even when someone was available to do my pedicure other customers walked in and I was told to move from where I was sitting to accommodate someone else with no appointment just a walk in even though I was way before them and waited!! They serviced them first after I’ve waited a long time then later was told no one wants to do my nails! I’ve never gave these people a hard time even when my nails wasn’t done correctly, we always tip them and they know us as loyal returning customers me and my fiancé he gets mani & pedi’s. I’m highly disappointed and I hate terrible service I just feel like I will never return somewhere where I’m not treated fairly and unappreciated! Special shout to the 2 ladies that did comfort me and serviced me even thought the one that did my full set explained in the nicest way that she don’t really know how to do designs that i didn’t even want but she will try and she executed! Jenna’s you’ve lost a really good customer for poorly behavior and bad service after 5 years.

I love coming and getting pedicure and manicure from Nikki. She is the best and takes care of my request and trays me nice looking forward to come again in 3-4 months. God Bless.

Atmosphere is terrific. The girl that did my pedi knicked my toe, never said a word or apologized. The girl that did my mani kniked and rubbed fingers to where they are still sore five days later. Not he experience I was hoping for!

It is a great salon, they are very clean and organized. Have towels each person can dry their hands with, scrubs for each person to use afterwards, exfoliation scrub, and has complimentary drinks. Downside is was my nail tech was very rough with my hands and one of my nails broke within 24 hours. Plus, the guy at the front desk was very rude.. I'm sure if I go back they'll fix my broken nail but all around it is a great place.

Jenn's Day Spa, in Sunnyvale,TX has two of the most amazing woman Julie and Angel have taken real good care of me and my wife for our for massage and my wife's toes. We come once a month and ask for the same two and Julie who is my girl makes the best mixed . So go check them out and ask for Julie and Angel.

Pedicure was okay but when I told the tech I wanted gel on my kids toes she told me no it was $20 extra, I said that was fine but still didn’t get the gel so that was money completely wasted on her pedicure regular polish will be gone in two days. Then when I messed up one of my painted toes, they just added more polish so it’s lumpy now. I came in with a set of nails I needed soaked off and wanted dip on my natural nails, after telling the tech this she proceeded to hack off my acrylics not paying attention to cutting my natural nails as well then attempted to use a mail tip to pull off what was left. It was then I decided I didn’t want a set of nails from this salon, just soak off my old ones. The manager ended up coming over and finished removing my old set of nails which is still a poor job. I have acrylic remaining and uneven nails. If I could give this experience zero stars I would.
