I bought my Farmers agency from my grandmother about 28 years ago. She and my grandfather first opened the agency in 1938. I love the fact that we still insure children and grandchildren of some of our original clients—we must be doing something right! I think our clients stay with us because we provide awesome customer service while we are backed by a company that pays its claims in a timely manner. My staff and I really care about each of our clients and enjoy the relationships we have built over the years.
