I take the time to give helpful showing tips to the sellers, ie clear rooms of clutter, fresh coat of paint, minimize personal items throughout the home, curb appeal etc. My job is not done once the listing papers are signed, but only just beginning. Working hard to market the home and make it visible to potential buyers is key. With the Internet being the #1 place for buyers to see what is available to them, I am constantly updating the listing online so that it remains in the public eye. I continue working closely with my client from listing, to negotiating, to closing and everything in between.
