Today I went to order a couch and loveseat combo. I spoke with Riley Charbeneau. He informed me that the loveseat is not available anymore. After a brief hold, he informed me that they could custom make the matching loveseat for me. I’ve seen RC Wiley and Ashley furniture. Once I saw this website I was blown away. Their pieces are elegant and beautiful. Their prices are also great. I highly recommend this company for all your furniture and design needs.
I’m obsessed with my new Americana bar stools. Jennifer Taylor Home has amazing products and excellent customer service! We will be purchasing more pieces in the future.
We purchased 5 counter stools and they arrived promptly. The quality is excellent, and they are very comfortable than expected. One stool arrived damaged. Corresponding with customer support easy and their service was excellent. They promptly replaced the damaged stool and were very concerned, polite and followed up to be sure we were pleased. Thank you!

I had been looking for a new queen sized bed for quite some time but I always put it off as it was more of a want, than a need. I found this beautiful bed at JTH and instantly fell in love! I admired it for a while then my husband told me to go ahead and order it for myself for Mother’s Day! I was quite nervous ordering such a big purchase sight unseen but as much as I wanted this beautiful bed, I decided to go ahead and take the chance, figuring the worst case scenario could end up being a lesson learned. They proved me wrong! I ordered the bed, it shipped out promptly, and customer service was very responsive to any inquiry I made! They were absolutely wonderful to work with and they restored some of the faith for making online purchases that were considered more of a major purchase. Sometimes ‘life happens’ and this company was great to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend JTH and would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future!
I ordered the Dauphin Gold 5 Drawer Wood Desk. The shipping was delayed and the desk was damaged in several places when it arrived. I worked with the customer service team and they provided a few different options to fix the desk/and or send a new one. While there was initial disappointment in the issues with the delivery and damage, I think this company did everything they could to make sure I was happy at the end of the day. I LOVE the desk. It is really beautiful, well made and an elegant centerpiece for my office. I work from home full time and it is not only beautiful, but functional for everyday use. I would definitely recommend and would order from here again despite the initial issues.

Beautiful, beautiful furniture pieces! Actually found this company through another website and found out they were local. I called to see if they had a showroom, unfortunately they are only an online based company but was extremely friendly and helpful in recommending me to order a swatch sample to ensure our purchase was what we were looking for. Ended up buying directly from their website to outfit my new home and couldn't be happier and satisfied! I did have to return 1 footstool as my wife disliked the color but the return process was quick and painless and if you read through their return policy, it's reasonable and essentially like how all returns are made for furniture. Thank you Jennifer Taylor! I will be back again as a loyal customer and refer you to my friends :!
I purchased a sofa and the wood frame had a defect and the fabric was torn. The item was stored in the original packing during a remodel project. Due to the time-lapse of over 14 days prior to unpacking customer service was unwilling to allow us to ship the sofa at our expense for the wood defect frame at edge had loose wood under the fabric loose pieces of wood, a 2 inch gap in the wood under the fabric. I am a reasonable person and could understand the unwillingness to work with us on the fabric tear due to the 14-day policy for returns. I did not want to return the sofa, I wanted to salvage it and was willing to pay to send it for the warranty repair. Jennifer Taylor Home refused to allow me to initiate a claim on manufacturer defect of the frame. I called and corresponded repeatedly via email and submitted photos. The representative advised us it was "Normal wear and tear" --The sofa had never been sat on or unboxed. Very disappointed with the level of support and quality. Pretty doesn't count if it arrives broken. They did finally offer to allow me to purchase another sofa at 10% off--- I already threw the money away on a defective item, received horrible service, and would not risk spending additional money to risk going through the scenario again. The representative I worked with quit responding after numerous requests to file a warranty claim. The communication with Jennifer Taylor Home began within 30 days of receipt of the sofa.
