We had the BEST experience at Jerome's with Dena. We just bought a new house and had to purchase a LOT of furniture. We had been to Ashley, Living Spaces, Bobs, and our last stop was Jerome's and I'm so glad we went there. Their prices were great, and they had an awesome promotion going on we couldn't refuse. The absolute best part of our experience though, was Dena. She was FANTASTIC. We needed everything, and had to bounce around every section of that store. She was never overwhelming, and was secretly taking notes every time she checked in that we didn't even know about. By the time we were ready to check out.. she knew everything we liked and wanted, and had the list already set up in the computer ready to go. I thought such a large purchase with so many items would take an hour to complete but it was so fast and seamless. I want to go back even though I'm pretty sure we bought the entire store. Also.. any other member of the staff we ran into including managers were very friendly. Great experience overall.
Jerome’s had a great selection of furniture - and lots of deals and specials. Our sales rep Tania was really great in finding options and letting us know about all of the available incentives. If the furniture arrives on time then it will be a perfect experience. Just got news that the delivery has already been moved to another week so now changing my rating to a 2 instead of a four - hate when companies tell you what you want to hear about delivery then can’t follow through in it
Our salesman Dan was amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the furniture in the store. He went completely out of his way to show us options of colors and fabrics. Jeromes needs 10 more Dans!
My husband and I went in to look at furniture. Adam helped us and was so patient and helpful. What I liked best about Adam was his knowledge of the furniture and that he didn’t stay on our heals the whole time we were in the store like other furniture stores do. He was there to help and answer questions and believe me I had a ton. Thank you Adam for helping us put together our furniture selection. Can’t wait to get it!
No hassle and friendly service. Not pressured to buy more, left feeling good about our purchase and the deal we got! Adam was super helpful and made it incredibly easy for us to make a good purchase with peace of mind.
Bill was very nice and informative. Helped us successfully choose a new bed and mattress and gave us many options to make sure we got exactly what we needed. When we need to make another furniture purchase we will definitely look to work with Bill again.
I love shopping at Jerome’s! The quality of furniture is outstanding, the designs and fabric are actually unique compared with other big box furniture stores, their service is fantastic, and their warranty/protection services set the bar high. I bought my fourth piece of furniture from Jerome’s today and just as I expected- their service was the same and we found a great deal on beautiful furniture. I highly recommend this location- Adam specifically was awesome! He was so helpful during every step of our buying process!

We decided to purchase two new recliners, the first place that came to mind was Jerome's. Five years ago we had purchased furniture from Jerome's and had a great experience withem at that time. We had a great experience working will Bill today. He was very knowledgeable of the products. He was the type of salesperson we enjoy dealing with, not pushy.
Our salesman Bill was very knowledgeable about what he was selling. We saw an ad for a recliner for a great price. I went in tried it out and I ended up buying it. He told me about their warranty program that I thought was really great and I ended up buying it.
