George at the Rancho Cucamonga store was very helpful and engaging. I appreciated his patience and his helpfulness. He deserves the commission from this sell after David was very disappointing to work with. The rolling of his eyes and constant sighs made me feel like a bother. George was the total opposite. My wife and I had a great experience at your store. We came in with an idea of what we wanted and were led directly to the furniture we had seen on our social media. Ended getting a great deal on couch and love seat, better than the pair we first looked at. That very morning a set was marked down more than $1,000.00. It was a floor model but looked as nice as a set out of the warehouse. So a great experience and we are very happy with what we got and with the service we received.
I gave 3 stars because of the poor customer service when you go to the store We had a bad experience about 2 yrs ago and said we would never go back. However, they had a beautiful China Cabinet I wanted. I left the store to think about it and ended up on their website and talked to a rep via messages, and then he called me, and the transaction was made He was actually at the Temecula store, and we were in Ontario I want to say his name was Dan I think, and he made it all happen over the phone and had it delivered within 3 days They have beautiful furniture they just need better customer service, and they also need to be more knowledgeable
Woody was and has been great. He has helped me for 5+ yrs and every time so positive and polite. What we picked out to day cost an arm a leg and one dog but should last years being made with real wood
Mr. Hernandez was very polite and professional. My only concern was having to pay 1/3 of my purchase price on delivery. He did request through his mgr. to waive the charge. That is only reason I decided to purchase the Hemingway cabinet, because it could fit in my car.
We were looking for a new bed for 12yo son. The salesman who helped us, Hector, was very nice. He showed us a variety of mattresses in our price range. We found the perfect mattress but the best part was we never felt pressured to buy anything. Definitely would recommend Jerome's.
Awesome experience. Great selection , prices reasonable and did not feel any pressure. Was able to ask questions and sit and decide what we really needed. Overall , excited to go back for future furniture needs ! Specific for us , Carlos was super informative. Shared true expectations of delivery and options and made the experience a completely satisfied outcome. Looking forward to our new couches and recliners !!!
Fast, Friendly & Fantastic service! Antonio and Freddy set up my girls beds with so much awareness to the room layout. They absolutely love them! Carlos made selecting our furniture so easy and really had our vision in mind for our new house! If I could give 10/10 stars I would.
Our sales associate Kevin was an awesome helper. He took time to show us several different sectionals. Kevin didn’t pressure us to buy anything. He answered our questions and was just a very nice gentleman. I would come back again.
I have been buying furniture from Jerome’s for years now. It’s my go to place when looking for a piece of furniture. I recently moved and bought all new furniture. My shopping experience was as good as ever; however delivery was a problem. I understand they are now using a third party for deliveries so it’s not the same. I would still recommend Jerome’s for it’s quality of service.
