We have been in and out of Jerome’s over the past week looking at different leather sectionals, we first worked with Ginger who was very sweet and attentive to our needs, we came back in when she told us she was working and unfortunately she called out, but to our surprise the sales associate George was there and he spent a lot of time with us going over different sectionals and really listened to us and he helped us settle on a sectional that we initially said No to. He was friendly, helpful, kind and patient with us. He never made us feel rushed even though he was the only sales associate in the store. He was also attentive to other customers that came in he assisted them and us simultaneously. I can confidently recommend Jerome’s and highly recommend George for an outstanding job.
Great quality furniture at a very competitive price. We were concerned with comfort and quality since the prices were so competitive but we are very happy with our furniture. We worked with Sam to purchase and he was so kind and patient to work with, and very helpful as we were trying to decide. We had Pedro and Eduardo deliver our items with so much care and attention. The best delivery and set up services we have experienced. We had a chair arrive with a scratch and customer service was so easy and helpful and the exchange was made the very next day. Highly recommend JEROME’S.
In store with George helping was a breeze, we were able to go over dimensions for the couch options that fit best, be was able to locate parts for the bed frame I ordered so it could be delivered asap, and the delivery was painless. I paid for expert installation so they set everything up, called ahead of time so I could meet them, and were in and out in a flash. Great experience, great quality in furniture that I bought, overall very happy!
Shopping experience was great. The salesman listened to what our needs were and provided fantastic assistance in helping us pick the right furniture. The delivery was on time and the Manual Vazquez and his team did a great job in setting up the lift chair and showing us all the features. 5 stars to all the Jerome's team. Highly recommend them!
Super excited about our new sectional. The salesman Nadir Hassoun was kind and answered questions and did measurements. When I was eady to purchase it took less then 10 minutes to get credit app etc.. and out the door.. easy peasy..
The furniture is of superior quality, the staff is amazing, and super knowledgeable! They gave us five-year, no interest financing, which is unbelievable! Then the guys who delivered the furniture brought it in and up several flights of stairs, assembled it and we're so quiet we hardly knew they were there! No scratched walls, no trash left behind, none of that! I just can't say enough about how great Jerome's is! We will be back for more furniture for sure!!!
As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Zack store manager! He turned us over to George who gave us plenty of options to choose from. We told him the size of couch we needed and he gave us just the right amount of options with varying price points! Both of these men were kind and good at what they do. No pressure no over selling they really engaged with us and listened to us!
I Impress with my first visit to Jerome's furniture period. The quality and style was much better than I had expected.I was Pleasantly greeted, I'm shown exactly what I had asked for. I was given a couple of options stayed within my price range provided me with exactly what I wanted I left so happy. Delivery was scheduled right on the day. Every detal was handeled .I definitely will come back.
Ginger was excellent! She showed .us exactly what we described to her & found a rocker recliner chair that was perfect for me! A bit disappointed it's going to take so long to receive, but definitely not something Gingerbread had any control over.
Very friendly staff. Nader was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything to me in detail. Also, the other staff and the floor manager, Sandy that checked me out was very friendly and helpful. Will be going back there if I need other furniture or more sheets for my new mattress. All in all a great shopping experience. Very happy with Jerome’s!
