When I did go here, the wait was always really long for a really short visit with the doctor, and the staff and doctor were never really friendly. On top of that, for years Dr. Northcutt has been misdiagnosing me and my family. He told me that I didn’t have an astigmatism, I went years never really quite seeing clearly. I would go back for check ups and always left with the prescription he told me I needed and still never saw clearly. I thought it was my eyesight getting worse over the years. I recently went to another eye doctor because I was tired of not being able to see. That’s when I was told that I do have a very noticeable astigmatism and should not be wearing contacts with the same prescription, that my eyes have very two different prescriptions. And wouldn’t you know? I’m FINALLY able to see clearly. Same with my mom and my dad. I recommended them going to my new eye doctor because my mom has always had issues with her eyes. Constant burning and leakage whenever she would be somewhere bright. Dr. Northcutt told her that was normal. Turns out, she was also misdiagnosed and given the wrong prescription contacts which have been causing her eyes to burn and leak for years. Needless to say, if you go to Dr. Northcutt, please go get a second opinion.
Went to Dr Northcutt, after getting a horrible pair of glasses at large retail store . They took care of me , I'm very happy with the glasses I got from them . Got them very promptly, They were extremely helpful and professional.
I will never come here again. My Vision Benefits where used thru my Insurance without me ever receiving my Contacts. I was unable to pick up due to work, I was never made aware that they would use my benefits even if i didn't receive my contacts. And now that i am available for pick up i would have to pay 100% out of pocket. Something i should of been made aware of at least once of the times i called to let them know i wouldn't be Available. Also no manger Available for a week?? who manages this facility then?? I will be Filing a MAJOR complaint ASAP
Very bad eye doctor office, they told me I was getting my glasses in a week and it’s been two weeks and still haven’t got them in yet? Would not recommend to anybody.
Have been using him for years I always have a great experience glasses are always perfect and always get them back faster than expected.
Everyone was very friendly there I went with my husband for an appointment. We went in and had his glasses ordered within one hour! Setting up an appointment was a breeze!
Just picked up my glasses today very happy. There was a small scratch , the staff and techs went over and above to correct it. Thank you very much , I will be back.
I first stated to see Dr. Northcutt back in 1995-96 and clearly he has always shown to be knowledgeable and dedicated. I try to see him at least 1-2 times per year, couldn't ask for a better doctor for my eyes.
He's great it's the different office staff that gives me trouble!
