Jerry's do It Best Hardware and Rental

Honestly, I have only had bad experiences with the service here. Between repairs, ordering parts, etc. I wouldn't take my things here. Unfortunate because I would prefer to support the small business.

Lost a receipt needed for an expense account and TW helped me locate it over the phone and emailed it to me! Amazing service on such a small purchase. We will be spending more money at this store for this reason alone! Thanks Jerry's!

Like most Jerry's Do It Best, the stores are always clean and well merchandised. And the service is always far superior to that of the 'big box' distant cousins. Even those who claim they are dedicated to service cannot compete with Jerry's. The difference here? This may be the best Jerry's Do It Best service I have received - and I have now shopped 5 different stores.

I frequented a common name hardware store as my favorite shopping in a small town. Jerry's is really neatly presented, like a new store, and maybe so, hardware stores sometimes come across like "Hey, we are working in here!" That's not at all the atmosphere. Great hobby metal stock. I haven't compared many prices, only shopped there twice. There's individual bags in the nuts and bolts racks. That may help their inventory and customers from fumbling them places. It cheats a trip to get back and few of a plethora are slightly wrong screw.

Very good selection of goods needed and expected at a hardware store. More expensive than a big box but if you live nearby this store can be fast in and out and back to your project. They also rent equipment and sell great brand names Great service 5 stars on Andrew as mechanic. I had him fix a Stihl chain saw and runs like it’s new with one pull start. I had Andrew fix a mower and he’s fast and efficient

Been coming here lately instead of going to one of the bigger stores and it has been a great experience so far. There is always someone around to help me. Two weeks ago I went in to get exterior paint and I got an exact match with the little chip of paint sample I brought in. I didn't have to wait very long which is something I cannot say when I am at one of the bigger stores. The same guy also helped me select wood stain and other materials needed. Yesterday I went in to get a new light switch for my bathroom. I know absolutely nothing about changing light switches but I managed to do it because these guys took the time and effort to explain to me what needed to be done. The light switch cost less than $1.50 and the time they took to help me was worth much more. Thanks guys!! *****

Needed a replacement key for a file safe that a local security company could not provide while telling me it would be nearly impossible to find. At Jerry's Hardware, Ron produced the blank and cut two perfect fit keys in very short order. Great store with very helpful staff.

Great experience buying a new Weber Grill at Jerry's! Ron was very helpful and awesome at helping us find the grill that was best for us along with accessories. Definitely reccomend Jerry's and ask for Ron! He's the best!

This is a great new location. I have had great experience with Jerry's here, St. Louis Park and Edina. I bring my lawn and garden equipment to them for maintenance. In a couple instances, I was sent home with Free advice rather than any unnecessary services. One time they opened up my snow blower while I stood their and fixed it on the spot. In a world where we have become accustom to sub-par service or organizations that perform unnecessary service these guys are the exception and do an excellent job!

Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help out anyone of any skill level. I was able to get all my questions answered as well as recommendations for anything I needed. Great business!
